On May 9 I ordered a product from the company and paid them $280.80. I hadn't received the product and started reaching out in July. After over 30 emails, texts, instagram messages, etc, I still have no received the product and now am no longer getting any responses. They've said multiple times they will "reach out tomorrow" or "We'll get you your order as soon as we can" but it's been months of repeatedly trying to get in contact with them, and I still can't. I paid $514.65 on 3/9/23 to have a custom grill (gold teeth) made. I was told that there is normally a 30 day turnaround but that my order would be expedited to two weeks. I have now waited 6 months and still, no grill. I have reached out to the business via their Instagram, Phone, and Email, to no avail. They advise that they are still working on it and will not be refunding me the money. I received a call from an employee named Autumn on 8/17 who advised that my grill would be complete by 8/22. I have heard nothing since. They have not responded to my calls, emails, or messages.Business Response

I paid in full 3,7444.86 on May 12, 2023. I was told a 30 day turn around period. When the time came and went the next month rolled around and I was told I was on step 3 out of 4 and that my item was on the way. Nothing happens. The next month of august rolls over and I get a phone call saying my item would be done at the end of the month and still no evidence or no product is done. Im confused on how they just choose to take peoples money in such a way . No comment no replies nothing . All they are going to say is that a product like this takes time and it is on the way but it is not on the way . I dont want a refund I just want my product. 12/22/22 I purchased a custom grill in the amount of ****** . Order number **** I was told the order would take 30 days from the time of purchase . Which I received an email stating they had began the final phase on 1/3/23. Then was advised it would be done March 13. I reached out many times to no aval to them on when the product would be done . On April 19, 2023 I ordered two 14 Karat extended gold fangs from this business for $313.19. My order number is ****. About a month from that day I got an email stating This is Grillz by Scotty , and any day now, our Artist will be completing your CUSTOM GRILL. After that email I heard nothing. I emailed their customer service on July 14, 2023 asking for the status because at that point it had been beyond 30 days. It wasnt till I asked for a refund that they responded with the same corporate garbage they respond to every other complaint with. I initiated my order in 2/20/2022. I paid $6,591.94 USD up front. I did the design myself and sent to them. Everything went fine up until the first mold didnt work out. 3 replacements got lost in the mail after that. They kept switching reps and locations. Im not sure if they gave me high karat gold either because my order slip conveniently popped up without a designation. When I asked, they said aw yea this the highest one you could get, but its not on paper.After the molds were lost, they went silent. I tried to contact them via phone and Instagram. When I finally got contact they asked me if I had paid. I dont know how a business with two locations doesnt keep a better record than me with my phone and email.I eventually received my grill 10/4/2022, about 8 months later. The craftsmanship looked suspicious compared to grills of similar specification (ordered by celebrities of course). It does shine nice, but Its a little tight on my teeth. I didnt bother getting it resized because I didnt want to deal with them again.I thanked them for at least trying to deliver, even though their policy is pretty much no refunds. They didnt compensate me for anything and they actually didnt give me the lettering I asked for in the order. Come to find out, they blocked me on Instagram too.
