  I have used Padsplit since March 2023. Great way to find a place to live. The houses are newly remodeled and well maintained. All service requests are resolved in usually less than 24 hours. Even weekends. The property manager for where I live is awesome. Always responds to messages. Great value. Good price.

  They charged me $19 regardless and then asked me to provide paystubs. The only reason for me to look for a room to rent was because I was in between jobs and they rejected my application with NO refund. I provided my paystubs from only two weeks ago and my savings but no, wasn't enough for them. Getting a job at *** would have been easier. What a scam!

  WARNING!!! ??????I give this 0 stars actually!!I moved into a house in *******, *******, **. I was attacked by a roommate and hurt badly! They didn't do a background check and this girl had an active warrant for her arrest. I'm on disability for a traumatic brain injury and this was very dangerous for me! I had to get a TPO against this padmate because padsplit did NOTHING about it despite absolute proof of her threatening me, trying to poison my service dog, and putting dirt in my food. I have videos and recordings of ALL of this. This house was also FULL OF ROACHES and the septic tank backed up and there was HUMAN WASTE IN THE YARD...FRONT, SIDE AND BACK! It took them months to fix. They also discriminated against me for my disability, fined me, and made me muzzle my service dog which is ILLEGAL under the AMERICANS WITH DISABILITY ACT AND FAIR HOUSING ACT!! There are no rules saying that my dog MUST BE MUZZLED and his behavior was excellent, no incidents with him, no destruction of property, and he's very well trained! I DO NOT RECCOMEND PADSPLIT AT ALL!!??????I was put in serious danger and they did NOTHING!!BEWARE!!??????

  Padsplit was the best thing that happen to me I couldnt afford that outrageous rent in Georgia I was living on a fix income when I was introduce to padsplit it change my life I was able to save a couple hundreds of dollars after I paid my rent I just felt comfortable with living before padsplit I was going down the drain the best part about padsplit you get to pick the area where you want to live and they work with you as long as you have a job and your criminal background is good you have nothing to worry about stop paying all those high hotel fees and come and join the team I promise you wont regret it the house I live in we was like family we looked out for one another we help each other out we kept the house clean and we enjoyed living..

  I have been living in padsplit since November of 2022. This has been the worst experience in my life . My first room had a leak in the ceiling , the maintenance really didn't seem consider . Then I went to a different room in the house , it was fine but it had ants crawling on the ceiling and spiders everywhere. Then on top of that I had a very Loud roommate that was a prostitute. She finally moved out. But now we have a resident living in the property climbing through the windows and selling drugs to the current residents. He don't even live at the property. He's being a freeloader. Old residents left and new ones came . And by the way they're super gross , living the kitchen extremely nasty , one resident intentionally lives urine and blood in the bathroom and never flushes the toilet. Rules ?? Ha ! These residents don't respect the rules . Quiet hours are 11pm to 9am . They sit outside play the music loud until 2am , then one resident wakes up at 7:20 slamming doors and stomping up the stairs. Everybody are hang out together so it's not affecting anybody but me . One resident has a loud pet , I thought pets wasn't allow and another resident that's not on the padsplit app has his dog tied up on a rope in the yard . I don't feel safe at this house at all . I don't get any sleep . I can't work my job if I can't get any sleep . I'm scared to home sometimes or just be here because it's not peaceful.. all this is making me depressed. I lost my job not being able to sleep at "Home" . And now it ***** because you can't report the inconsiderate residents like once in the past . So now I'm living in h*** . Please evaluate the roommates more closely. This is embarrassing because we're all growing. I hate living like this ??

  PadSplit is like if an apartment and a hotel had a baby. I highly recommend this for anybody who doesn't want to commit to a year long lease, or anyone with bad credit, or if you need a place to stay for a little while. The minimum stay is like 32 days, but if you want to leave early you can and they only charge $35. It's easy and convenient and very helpful.

  The fridge and the fridge is still leaking on the inside and out 5 maintenance request later destroying food that I HAVE TO BUY food that Im not getting reimbursed on. Then this was originally a two bedroom apartment the room Im in was apart of the living room and kitchen that I turned into a room which was false advertisement because it looked bigger on the picture and the room has NO AIR CIRCULATION they placed a fan In the room I was not made aware of this before I booked the room because I would have never booked however it feels outside it feels that way In my room there are 3 host for this apartment and only one seems to respond the other two are ********** hungry and dont give a darn about the issues that are being reported this service is poor and I will never book a place through this company again on top of that the neighbors above us are constantly fussing and fighting all day and night or blasting music I have made the issue aware of to the manager for this complex this is a nightmare
