      This property is overrun by drugs and prostitution. There are physical fights on a daily basis. To make matters worse, there are multiple children staying at that location unsupervised.

      *** had a great experience with PadSplit as a renter. My home is clean and well-maintained. My host ****** is outstanding. She is very responsive any time an issue comes up, whether its a maintenance request or a general concern, she addresses it quickly and professionally. I've lived in two different properties she hosts and have had a great experience in both locations. PadSplit has been a fantastic option for me. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking interested in a co-living arrangement.

      I'm really glad I found PadSplit it's such a great solution if you need to get out of a situation without committing to a long-term agreement. Padmates for the most part are friendly, clean, quiet and respectful. All the things I could never get living with family.
