      Someone stole my play station and the host would never respond. The app is not user friendly when you are moving out it can be very misleading.

      Excellent places to get back on your feet from catastrophies like the pandemic or other life altering events. PadSplit has extremely affordable rent with WiFi, Water, and other amenities paid for. Rent starts around 150 weekly with option to move up to a bigger property.       After taking my application fee, and multiple documents for over a month in order to get approval, I was approved, but was outpriced by the market even though I am currently making 18$ an hour. "*****" as she calls herself would make no exceptions, even though it was a meager 9$ price difference per week. I am currently paying DOUBLE in a motel room of 400 a week, and would have saved over half if padsplit would have allowed me to rent there. Padsplit seems to be the instigator of people being homeless and losing their jobs. What a joke they are! Oh yes, and the no refunds policy? Padsplit is a SCAM.

      In a situation where I was in a living bind PadSplit was everything I needed it to be. My experience was also pretty acceptable with a room looking like the pictures, very welcoming roommates, and a helpful host!

      I am glad I ran across the Pad Split option as it fit my needs much more than Air BnB. Easy to find a place and move if needed to another location with just 48 hours notice. I liked the value and flexibility it gave me as a tenant. All units are clean and organized, which was helpful and a delight. I will use them again and recommend to friends and family.

      This is the worst. Padsplit is basically the money management for the host/owners property. If the place you rent is trash or disgusting they dont do anything about it but just file a maintenance request and if the host dont fix the problem they dont care. Theyll just ask us to contact the host which we already done before calling them. The customer service team is terrible. Ive asked for them to delete my data/account several times and they sti havent .

      I'm a senior with disabilities, on every waitlist for affordable housing and I've been here a little over 6 weeks, my pad mates are friendly and helpful. The host **** *. and his assistant ****** never hesitates to give aide in whatever is needed, even to the point of doing it themselves. PadSplit is the closest thing to being considered affordable housing and I recommend it to anyone.

      My pad split was very clean and quiet. My roommates were a pleasure to talk to and my host was even better. I would highly recommend them if you need a place fast. Thank you Pad split.
