  "The room I reserved was not as advertised on the website. Upon arriving at the property, I discovered an eviction notice on the door, blood stains on the floor, and a tenant who was familiar with my door code. This created a significant safety concern, as I could not be assured of the room's security. Due to these circumstances, I decided to leave the property and not proceed with my stay. However, when I requested a refund of the move-in fee, Padsplit denied it. This decision is unacceptable, especially given their inability to ensure the safety and exclusivity of the room."

We understand not every property will be a good fit for every member, which is why we offer a flexible transfer policy which I see you were able to take advantage of to find a different PadSplit. Timely reports of maintenance or move-in issues to the Host gives them the ability to address any concerns as soon as possible, but Members always have the choice to transfer if they are dissatisfied.   Two times in the last year I've had to move due to people living in the home not on the app for my personal safety. Only phone you can call is their basic customer service no corp email. They tell you fill out a rating. There is no sense of urgency for your safety when people have guest living there.

  Thank you for your feedback, *****. We strive to provide flexible and affordable housing options but we know that co-living is not for everyone. Just like any other landlord, Hosts are required to follow all applicable laws and regulations while removing those that have overstayed their lease or otherwise don't belong at the property. We can't control when others decide to break our rules, but we offer a flexible transfer policy to members who don't feel comfortable at their current property.   THIS ORGANIZATION WAS HORRIBLE. I HAD TO LIVE WITH SQUATTERS IN MY HOME!!!!! IM SO MAD. I PAID RENT IN DEFAULT. THE LANDLORD **** ******** VIOLATED MY RIGHTS BY ALLOWING A SQUATTERS IN HOUSE. ON MY FIRST DAY APOLLO ********** ** OCCUPYING MY EOOM AND I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE NOTHING WAS GOING TO BE DONE. AS A RESULT THE SQUATTER STRTED VERBAL ISSUES WITH ME. PEOPLE IN MY HOUSE SMOKED WEED, IN VITED GUESTS OVER. NO ONE FOLLOWED THE RULES. THE LANDLORD DID NOTHING TO FIX MY ISSUES. IM REALLY UPSET BECAUSE I AM TAKING TO COURT BECAUSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. THEY ALLOWED A DUE DATE TO CHANGE EVEN WHEN THE BILL WAS NOT PAID IN FULL WHOCH PUSHED CHARGES ON ME. GHE LANDLORD RETALIATED AGAINST ME AND NEVER RESLLVED THE ISSUES WITH WIFI. I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN. THE HOUSE SMELLED LIKE WEED. I AM A TEACHER AND NO ONE FIX ANYTHING. THE LANDLORD DID NOT MAKE SURE THE APOLLO Washington AND OTHER JUST STAY IN THE HOUSE. HARASSMENT FROM PADSPLIT MEMBERS WHO STALKED ME AT MY BEDROOM DOOR AND CALLED MY VOICE STUDENT A B**. DK NOT USE YHIS HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Regarding any squatter, your Host is required to follow all of the regulations of the property's jurisdiction to lawfully evict a former Member who may have stayed at the property after their move-out date.   I only gave it four stars because there was a delay between transfers and it required me to stay in ****** for a night. Otherwise I love my new place, albeit I pay a little extra to have it ($248/week). In this economy what I have is a steal (a town-home with my room being extra-large, with a king-size bed thats fit for a queen, a walk-in closet and my own bathroom). I stayed in a room that was a little different and a little cheaper prior (shared bathroom, cameras throughout the home, picky host), so I transferred. I almost ended up in a nasty place with too many people but a much cheaper price so I transferred from there immediately. Padsplit supported my search for a good place that met my needs. Also, my credit score has already gone up since joining and I can finally breathe easy-dont have to move anymore.   I asked to be notified about a room 11 months ago, through the Alert me feature, and I was never notified . Now the house is full. Also I referred someone to pad split ALMOST A YEAR AGO, and you guys never gave me 250 off my rent. They are still living in a padsplit. Furthermore, padsplit has removed their account 3 times . The impact on my credit score was insufferable. I have never been late on a payment. My credit score dropped to zero because padsplit removed themselves and it makes no sense because you havent given me all of those points. How can you take all those points away? Padsplit has probably given me 7 points in over TWO years . Ill never understand how they have the ability to take my ENTIRE credit score with them. **************** never gets back to you.

  The house on *********** in ******* is possibly one of the worst places I've ever lived in my entire life it had no living room no kitchen no kitchen table The garage is full of chemicals garbage and the entire house is infested with black mold and I got pneumonia when the power went out from the hurricane and it was due to the black mold in the house that was there before I moved in and I was not aware of that. When I got out of the hospital all my stuff was on the corner in trash bags and I did not have a mattress The place I lived in is pretty much a slumlord situation. The owners do nothing to help anybody inside or even get me a mattress I was there for just one week and I had to get a inflatable mattress just so had something to sleep on like the first night I had to sleep on the floor and then I had to wash everything that was outside I had to bring in and clean and the whole situation was messed up. He put a notice to vacate in ***************************** the property for the full 3 months so because of this I cannot rent from *** split anymore I can't get into any other house because of this one house like I don't know what kind of show this is but like it's not cool and as of right now there is nobody living there except for one person everyone else moved out in fact when I came back from the hospital a woman moved in right next to me and within 2 days she started coughing and getting sick and she had pink pillows and she noticed that there was black dots all over her pillows and she moved out the same day as I. I believe if you're going to do a pad split at least have a living room and a full house like a kitchen table and other amenities I was told that the ***************** in **************** was like a drug dealer's house and they trashed it and it should have been torn down instead they made rooms and put it on pad split and I don't know how they got it on here but I hope from this rating that you look into that house it should be condemned

  Padsplit is. EXTRAORDINARY!!! AFFORDABLE, IL B WITH THEM 4 A LONG TIME 2 COME !!
