I was asked by a agent to join their finance team but they never told me the so-called "finance team" is totally a insurance sales MLM scam. As a college student I was vulnerable and did not realize I was pushing and inducing to pay more unknown fees. I Paid $125 on June 21, 2024 for a so-called background check through a Zoom meeting. They never told me that it was to sign up to be an agent but just said it was a step to join the team. I also paid $35.95 on June 24, 2024 for the Xcel Solution - health and life insurance course. After getting the insurance license, I thought I have paid enough fees to join the finance team. However on September 9, 2024 I was asked to pay the $40 again to register on the *** websites. Then I notice I need to pay nearly every month for access the web AND a insurance for agent. So I was totally anxious and terminated the agent position yesterday on Oct 8, 2024. Then today I saw another email told me "According to our records, as of 10/9/2024 you have an outstanding debt in the amount of $-71 that was not settled prior to your termination from and still owed to WFG." I never used the web or any other services. How dare they are trying to steal money from a young college student without any incomes! My agent never told me these fees ahead but just let me faced the awkward situation when the fees pop up. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for the $125, $35.95, $40 I already spent with this company AND remove the extra $71 debt from me. I also want all my personal information deleted and no further contact from this company. If those refund is not available, I afraid to ask my attorney to get involved. Please contact me through the email provided.

I Paid $125 on August 14, 2024 for a background check and was not told it was to sign up to be an agent. I also paid $29.95 on August 16, 2024 for the ** health and life insurance course. The agent I worked with on this told me it was for a financial position to educate people about money and be able to help people get out of debt. My agent never told me this was an insurance sales MLM scam. After watching the videos provided on the Launch" website I found out this was all about selling life insurance and getting more recruits by hounding my family and friends. This is not what I was told I was signing up for. I am requesting a full refund for the $125 and $29.95 I spent with this company. I also want all my personal information deleted and no more contact from this company. My associate ID is *****.

Dates are on some of the photos attached. ***************************** approached me on a college recruitment job platform called Handshake in July. ****** worked for a financial firm called Blue Horizon Financial. Immediately I looked up the company and made sure everything was legit not knowing that ****** was working as an independent contractor for World Financial Insurance Group. She approached me through her own *********** name. After several interviews for a financial professional position, she told me that I would have to obtain my insurance license, pay for a prelicensing course, a background check, and in-depth learning courses about different insurance policies I would be selling. That amount was $125. The WFG agent had me sign an agent agreement and pay $125. This was paid to WFG under her agent code #**CTB. She said that was it and after that, I would be contracted to work for WFG as an independent contractor. While studying to obtain my license they required me to attend several weekly meetings as training however there wasn't any real training, just guest speakers or people talking about their success in WFG. I obtained my license and then was instructed to pay again $40 to add my license. I feel that was targeted as a young adult and was taken advantage of by WFG. I have not paid my $40 and have sent termination letters to both my uplines ( *************************** and ***************************** ). I realized that WFG still hadn't delivered any courses or shown me how I could help families become financially free.

World finance agents knew I didnt understand the contract and lied to about what I was agreeing to, told me that all the extra fees was a insurance covering if I had a life changing event causing me to be unable to work, when I called there corporate office to explain that I would no longer be able to work , she told me that the agent lied to me and none of that was covered, they are very deceptive and lie about what you are signing. When contacted by the attorney Im using for bankruptcy they ignored the calls

On August 10th I had a meeting with a recruiter and he also talked to my sister and told her different things than he told me, he had me pay 125 dollars for a background check and come to find out its a fee to get into the company, which he said wasnt a company but a business, it looks like a scam and I also paid 35 dollars for life and health insurance testing but I dont really care about the 35 I just would like my 125 dollars returned because I was lied to and led to spending it without knowing much and just trying to get a new job before my hours got cut. So I would like a full refund of my 125 dollars and would like my information especially my social security deleted from your site, the reason I trusted this recruiter is because my mom knows him and he is a man of God, but I now see that people can claim to be something they are not. On top of that they didnt even give me a receipt for my 125 purchase only my 35 dollar purchase how hilarious I can send proof to if need be.

The date of this transaction is 08/05/2024. World Financial Group promised me that I would be able to become a financial advisor working with company after getting my license. That statement was a complete and false representation of what they actually even do at their company. They sell pricy insurance and do not help people they are recruiting become financial advisors. They pressured, and lured me into paying $125 fee for a background check that went no where. They had me pay $35.96 for my studying material after they said they would help me get my license and that was my first red flag. They are nothing but shady recruiters and salespeople who lie about what they actual do and sell. They tell you that they will bring you leads, but that is not true. They ask you to bring your warm market to them, and then they leave you to your own devices. This company is very unethical and pry on people who trying to only enchanted their lives. I really hope that BBB takes a good look at this company and does something about it because I know there are many people out there being scammed by this company.

I Paid $125 on July 31st, 2024 for the background check & to sign up for this company.
