    Consistently poor and terrible service. Multiple orders damaged, delayed shipping, terrible responses. After ordering time sensitive advertising products from BannerBuzz we had numerous issues because of poor service. You pay for a certain service level but get much slower with delayed deliveries. Then when the item arrives major damage rendering the items either unusable or items missing from the box so that it can not even be used.They don't stand by their product, nor do they respond in the stated time frames. I was advised a manager would call me back in 2-4 hours, but never got a call back. Their website states 3hr response time, but that doesn't happen either.Ended up having to go elsewhere and order.Order should be refunded in full.

    I read some reviews, but wish I had looked at BBB first. We rush ordered $2000 of banners for light poles that were printed incorrectly. It took several weeks for them to agree to reprint and ship them, and we missed our time slot to have them displayed in town. When we had another opportunity to hang them throughout town, the seams failed on the first 4 banners within hours. BannerBuzz refuses to refund, and is offering to reship (again) the 4 banners, but will only reship the remaining 30 if we hang them all and take video of them failing. We cannot have Public Works spend time to hang and then remove banners that will fail. I have asked repeatedly for a refund, and they are refusing. An absolute waste of 2 months and $2000.

    Our team has already offered a reshipment of 4 banners based on the validated documents you provided. However, we regret to inform you that we can't reship or refund all the banners. Our policy requires a clear justification for any errors.

    That said, we've noticed that the banners are being tightly placed on the pole sleeves. It's important to remember that the grommets on your banners play a crucial role in their performance. We recommend zip-tying the banners to poles to keep them securely in place.

    We've also reached out to you via email to resolve this promptly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    This company *****. They will steal your money. They will ship to wrong address than never refund you or send you the item you purchase. Lucky my bank fight for my refund but it took 60 days because this company is horrible and will just try to steal you money & lie about shipping it. If I didnt file with my bank I would have never got my money back.

    I placed an order for window decal and paid for priority shipping which means I was supposed to get "quick" turnaround. I uploaded the artwork and asked for the proof, supposedly a proof was going to be provided in a few hours. They provided me with the proof about 7 hours later but instead of my image they took out the color from my artwork and made it all white. I asked their design team to make the decal look exactly like the picture i uploaded for them. The next day, I was waiting for my proof, I gave them 8 hours, and nobody got back to me. I contacted customer service to find out what is going on with my proof. **************** told me that their design team is overwhelmed and asked me if i could wait another 2 hours. I told them ok - 2 hours later - there was nothing from their design team. I contacted customer service and they gave me the same story - they short staffed and they are working on my proof. Make long story short - i was going back and forth with them for 2 more days. Now - 3 days later they finally provided me with the decal with correct colors, but the shape is all wrong. There was a reason why I paid extra for priority handling and processing - and what did they do - waste 3 days due to their incompetence, and to add insult to injury, they told me that I have to pay $20 more to get my order processed and shipped. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - STAY AWAY FROM THEM, YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

    They seem to be running a racket on shipping costs - I wish I would have read the other reviews before ordering from them because it seems to be a common problem. On Sunday 5/19 around noon I approved my artwork and was given an estimated arrival date of 5/24, or 5/21 if I wanted to pay $30 extra. I asked about changing my shipping address and suddenly my ETA jumped to 6/3, so I reverted back to my original shipping address to retain my ETA of 5/24. They then charged me $15 extra for "upgraded shipping" and refused to actually explain why my ETA had increased two weeks (10 days) all within the same day (fewer than 8 hours). They even called me and lied on the phone, so I don't have a lot of faith in this company.

    I use to use Bannerbuzz frequently. My last project which was almost $1000 was a rush order and they decided to print overseas. Being concerned that it will not deliver on time, I contacted them SEVERAL times in order to correct the situation and print stateside. In the end, my media did not arrive to meet the deadline, I had to spend even more money to reprint on my own, and their customer service is designed to appease with superficial platitudes instead of attaining results. They're proud of the quality, but on time arrival is far more critical. If you have months for your project, you're probably ok, but if you have less than that, don't be surprised if your order does not arrive by the deadline. When you request a refund, they will make excuses and blame the delivery company instead of owning the fact that they printed overseas on a rush job. Print jobs... great... on time delivery... logistically poor, very poor. To add insult to injury, when you do ask to refund an a late AND undelivered product, you go through an endless cycle of runarounds. Poor customer satisfaction service.

    Dear ***,I am writing to you regarding an unexpected negative experience with an order that our company did on Dec 28th, 2023. Today is February 24th, ****, two months later. I have to start this by acknowledging the beautiful quality of your products. We have done 3 orders with your company, with almost $1,000 of products. We continue to order from you since your products are of beautiful quality. However, customer service is a little challenging since it is hard to get design on the phone, making the delivery slow.I want to address an order which was created on Dec 28, 2023. We requested perforated window signs for which we paid additional fees to make sure this was the product that arrived in all four pictures of this order. Attached picture that provides the data on this.I have made approximately 20 calls regarding this order, there was significant confusion created on this order. Finally, we received the wrong products in the first week of February.Instead of the 4 perforated window decals, we received solid decals, but from one of them, they sent 4 of the same picture. Which we never ordered.We order 4 perforated window decals.We received 7 solid decals (non-requested).I have tried calling customer service to get the correct product sent. The answer was, that you accepted and approved the order so there is nothing we can do. Even when every phone call was requested for those products. The last was done on the phone and customer service acknowledged to have fully duplicated all the products were perforated decals. Since phone calls are recorded you can check your recordings for proof of this.We are looking forward to your help in setting this order right. Again we appreciate your products, we just need to have a fair handling of this cycle, which was incorrectly done. And we are losing a total of $384.88 with a product that we cannot use.Thank you for your attention.Best,*****************************

    Worst material for a print out. The quality is very poor and the material they use is the probably the cheapest they will sell you for a print out. Yes they are cheap but you do get what you pay for. Never again will i use a company hat has no pride in their work.

    ***** A CANVAS 10'X10' TENT TOP THAT IS SHORT 6"-7" ON EACH SIDE, WHICH COMBINED, OVER 24" SHORT. THEY REFUSED TO CORRECT THE ***** OR REFUND, AND OFFERED 15% STORE CREDIT AND WANT ME TO PAY FOR A NEW ONE. WOULD YOU BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. BAD BUSINESS IN MY BOOK. I FILED WITH BBB AND WOULD LIKE TO SEE HOW THEY PROVE THIS MATERIAL IS STRETCH IN COURT.
