      Ii had the best experience ever ***** took care of me just like I was family.I went to a different American Best but had a bad experience.I am going to pick up my glasses today and I know that I will continue to go to the American Best on 50 ******************************* Parkway.Everyone was so nice and helpful.Dr ******** was one of the best eye doctors I have ever been to.So if your looking for a good place to get contacts or glasses you will not find a better or nicer place to go.And again Thank you ***** your one of a kind very special person they better know just how good of a worker you are . But not to leave anybody out everyone there went out of there way and made my visit special.Keep up the good work

      I have been using America's Best in *******, ** for a few years now and have been very impressed with the customer service, the doctors, the cleanliness, and the great prices! I also switched from a more expensive brand of contacts for their brand. They wear even better AND they are cheaper in price! ***** was very helpful to me today ordering contacts over the phone, and they will even ship them so I don't have to pick them up. Thanks ***** and everyone at America's Best in *******, **!!

      I would give Negative rating if possible! I was quoted $99 for a second pair of glasses if I came back in within 30 days. Apparently after speaking to the store manager AND calling customer care and speaking to a ******** Care Supervisor, ******. They will not honor the quote given by ****** at the time of my first pair purchase. Now the store is having banking problems and they are not sure if my payment went through or not for $217 for the 2nd pair (I totally disagree with this). Finally the manager said she'd swap out the lenses from the frames I originally left with the black frames (may favorite) at no charge. BUT the problem is that this leaves to leave the store without corrective lenses to DRIVE for weeks. I had to call customer care and insist on speaking to a supervisor, ******, and WOW talk about rude and extremely unprofessional. It sounds like from the Store Associate ****** to the Store manager ***** D to the ******** Care Supervisor ****** - there is a ton of training needed on customer service.

      Was losing hope in Americas Best until I talked to quaneesha at the ********* ******** location! For two months I wasnt getting answers on my trial contacts and within hours quaneesha has them coming to me this week! great employee, will continue to come here because of this expirience alone !

      Americas Best has gone far beyond in customer service. Have worked with me more than once to get what I wanted and needed. The customer is the most important to this company. The manager. (***** @ the *********** ,** location) is the very best at her job. Very talented at listening and finding the very best fitting glasses. I will get glasses there anytime. Great customer service!!!!!!

      They are running a basic bait and switch scam. It's obvious and why consumer affairs have not stepped in I will never know. It's blatant. They offer a $79 for 2 pairs of glasses INCLUDING an eye exam. When you come in for your appointment, they rush you into a waiting room an assistant brings you into an exam room does a pre-evaluation before the Dr arrives to do the exam. They ask several questions about your preferences, like do you want an eyeglass exam or a ****************** exam? Without ever mentioning the fact that the ************* exam adds $99 to your bill. Then of course you say you want the eyeglass/contact exam because no one has given you a reason not to, assuming that the free exam is still included since no one has said anything to the contrary. So, NOW you are in it for $99 even though you showed up for the $79 deal. (and you don't know it yet) Then they ask you if you want all these other exams that COST MONEY and try to talk you into them even after you say NO thanks. Dr comes, does the exam and in my case tell you that your RX has not changed in 3yrs, so I find out I didn't even need the exam because my old RX is still valid. DR tells me to go pick out my two frames & have a seat for a sales person. They try to upsell the h*** out of you and add as many addon's as possible to inflate your price. They ask questions like "Do you want the lenses to fit your frames? These are the parts they leave out because they want to push you off the $79 offer as much as possible and when you confront them about it they get angry with you... Well, don't advertise to poor people and then get upset when poor people show up. They push to join the eyecare club like you are going to come back and have your eyes looked at for no reason like an oil change or something? WHO DOES THAT? Just another $100 for nothing. 1st price was $290.31 and the 2nd was a bit over $400 for two pair of glasses and the exam. There was never EVER a $79 price presented. TOTAL SCAM!

      I bought glasses at ******** store along with my husband. I had to bring the glasses back because of a scratch on the lens. They told me I needed different glasses. Reordered and they dont fit. They adjust and still dont fit. I call and they leave you on hold and never comeback. I went to store and told them my problem and lady said she will reorder glasses and after a month I hear nothing. I call and no one knows what im talking about and the order was never placed. They have 400 dollars of my money and do not deserve a ***** of it. My husband ordered 2 pair of glasses and they called and said it was ready to pick up. We live over an hour from the store. We get there and theres only 1 pair. He was super mad because they think only their time is valuable. The place is worthless. If you want horrible service this is the place to go.

      I have been employed there over than 2 years .because of racist hate talk I decided to do not let my. Father get second visit schedule in queens store in ********.I had rewarded because of best costumer service in another state .I worked in 8 differnert location with a philantropy appreciation from headquarter through the Covid time.
