  Their lenses require their spray and wipe cloths to clean and after using these consistently, eventually the lenses will begin to scratch due to age of plastic - total c*** and you cannot use your prescription to replace the lenses without a new eye exam - lol. What a racket. Do not waste your money at this store or one of their hundreds of stores. ********************************, **

  Americas Best is the WORST place to get eye glasses! I have purchased 2 pairs of eye glasses in which after a year they have discontinued the frames. My insurance only allows one pair frames every other year. I was forced to purchase new frames today or send my frames to the lab well guess what ????? I can't see without my glasses so what am I supposed to do while my frames are sent to the lab????? They force you to buy a new pair lenses!!!!! This is the worst customer service cooperate company I have ever dealt with. I asked them to reimbuuse the cheap pair frams I had to purchase today and they refuse not too mention their virtual doctor couldn't even do an eye exam last week because the internet was down...so they say??? Like get your s*** together! Are you hear for the customer or what.. NOPE you are NOT!   I made an appointment in November 2023 for January 15, ****. I received a text message that the appointment was cancelled due to no eye physician. That is not my problem and they did not accommodate me or provided me with a trial pair until the new appointment which is in February ****. The manager was very nasty she had no patience and was rude to me over the phone. I have been a member for over 10 years and today has been the day that I will never return. They really need to get this appointment scheduled together people have to work and I have already took off and now Im going to miss work for nothing! Highly ****** AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY OF THEM !!!!

  They can't seem to get my glasses right. After two attempts. Glasses still make me dizzy and sick to my stomach. The glasses prescription is not that different then my old glasses.

  Purchased 5 pair of glasses and year later went to use the one pair for first time due to eye injury only to find the frames were rejects twisted and bent visually u can tell and the associates agree I was give a bad set of frames and u can tell they were never worn. American Best says frame is not longer available and I need to pay for all new glasses or I can have $30 dollars of new set of bifocal set of glass. This is fraud this is a reject pair of glass and should be filling refunded or remade. I used Thai company and stood by their screw ups slow shipping, shipping to wrong addresses and ignorant u skilled workers. My patience now is gone, be for warned stay away this is a massive producing eye glass place who does t care what they sell you.

  *********** ** Americas best contacts and eyeglasses. Rude and glasses break within weeks and have to fight to get them to cover ************ and without glasses weeks in mean time. Inferior overpriced garbage product. Two pairs glasses broke ( $709 in glasses) within weeks

  We will never be back. I scheduled Satuday appointments for my family of five on line and completed the paper work online for everyone. Two hours before our appointements the office called and said the youngets kids had to be at least 7 years old to be seen and because they are not their appointments would be cancelled. I call back wanting to ask if they by chance could point me in the right direction but when the call started and I mentioned the canceled appointment due to age the representative then corrext me saying " no as long as the child can read letters then they can be seen" but the appointements were already cancelled. We make our way to the scheduled 3 appointements and check in and was told the physician requested to cancel the youngest 2 appointements and we really dont have child size equipment. I then asked to cancel all the appointements because and then suggested to another local eye clinic for kids. I asked once more why the kid could not be seen just to make sure i check for these details elsewhere before scheduling.Well it now not a problem and everyone can be seen. We spent 3 hours in the office and were the last scheduled pts to leave. All the reasons for the cancel were told with smiles otherwise. The DR. short and blad not asking any questions or offering any future insight. I didnt even try my glasses on at check out. Our insurance policy renews next week so we will go get a proper exam elsewhere.

  Doesnt know how to process medically necessary claims! ************** location in ****** ** is poorly ran. The insurance carrier provider support had to walk the staff multiple times to get a medically necessary claim submitted. Each time there is an error on the way they submit the claim. i finally was able to pick up my contacts 3 months later but 6 months after i received a $735. in the process to get this resolved i had to phone my insurance, Americas Best, the store location countless times, each time is frustration because the claim could not be submitted correctly. C'mon America's Best (********* Worst is what it should be!). Get your game straight otherwise get out of this business! Hire competent staff! educate yourself with the insurance business.

  I love the idea that I can afford glasses!I even was helped today by ***** who fixed my broken glasses in ********** ** fifteen minutes from home.I love having an eye doctor around the corner from home. In Chester county there hasnt been one closer than a one hour drive and way expensive.Thanks ***** and thank you Americas best

  The worst experience I've had in my life with glasses! Bifocal was 2/3 up the lenses and would not listen to what I was trying to explain. Definitely took a loss with them. Won't go back.
