      Ordered my glasses with the scratch protection, find out you pay for the scratch protection, but there is no warranty. If it doesnt work Ive been wearing glasses for many years and have always purchased. The scratch protection never have I had to purchase a warranty for the scratch protection that I purchased, never had I ever had my glasses, scratch so easily with the scratch protection honestly dont think the scratch protection was applied to my glasses but no way to tell. The customer service is horrible. You can never get them to answer nor call you back. The customer service in store is a joke. Wish I could just give a zero star but of course you have to give a one star . I have always got my eyes examined and my glasses were a two-year prescription. Where is my contacts were a one-year prescription when I tried to get my glasses fixed they told me that my prescription was expired. I think theyre ********** hungry trying to get money out of people thinking we wont go anywhere else.

      WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I wish I could do ZERO stars!!!Ordered glasses for my daughter and did expedited shipping- the first order which was late- was apparently llist in the mail I then called and asked why didnt anyone follow up ? They then sent another pair out again only to find out they sent the glasses with someone elses prescription!! I sent it back and its been almost 2 weeks no glasses no update. I call and was on hold with a rep for 15 minutes and she says ok Ill place your order. And Im like are you serious?? They didnt even send out the order???!!!Never again!!!!!!!

      I purchased a pair of safety glasses from Americas best glasses and three months later than nose piece turns to jelly when I take it in to have them fixture looked at they say its an OSHA thing. Well OSHA didnt build the glasses. Oh, she didnt sell me the glasses for $600. These glasses should hold up longer than three months then they wanted to charge me $21 for two sets the new nose pieces when it was a default para glasses. I think I should deserve a refund on these glasses.

      WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.....WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Everything they do wrong is a computer error. They are not responsible because they are NOT IT people. I had my exam and that was fine. When it was time to order the glasses the assistant manager decided to merge my profile with someone with the same last name. He never bothered to take a PD. When I got home I realized the PD wasn't taken and called the store that is when I was told I didn't need it taken because it was already in their system. I asked how that was and they said I was there before. I told them I never went to any Americas Best and they insisted I went to a ********** location even though I live in NY. I went back the next day and asked for a refund. It was denied. They took a PD and ordered my glasses. The glasses arrived 10 days later than I was told. Went to pick up glasses and the PD was wrong. Was told it was only off by a fraction and it shouldn't matter. I refused to take the glasses so they said they will remake. I received a text the following morning that the glasses were ready AGAIN A COMPUTER ERROR. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS GAVE IT A 1 STAR BECAUSE IT WON'T ALLOW 0

      Awful customer service from the **************************** ******* ********* location. Very disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, untrained/incompetent. After being a patient for many years and tolerating this type of service my resent experience with this location has made me "move on" to a more professional service provider. (Caveat Emptor = Buyer Beware)

      Very Unprofessional and Incompetent I had a terrible experience at Americas Best. The initial eye exam resulted in a wrong prescription. When the glasses arrived I could not read small print. After a second exam I waited four weeks for the second pair because they were lost. These glasses came in with the the wrong frames. Throughout this ordeal the staff never returned my phone calls. The manager was not helpful at all. I contacted customer service and ******* extended an apology for the poor treatment I received. Fed up I finally refused to deal with the local store and got a refund. From start to finished I wanted six weeks. I will never return to Americas Best.

      I recently purchased glasses from the America's Best location at *************************************. After waiting two weeks, I was disappointed when the glasses arrived with ill-fitting lenses that posed a potential risk of falling out.Upon addressing this issue with the store, they informed me of an additional two-week delay for the necessary corrections. To add to the frustration, there was no compensation offered, nor a simple apology for the inconvenience.Such lapses in both product quality and customer service are alarming, especially from a brand I considered reputable. I had anticipated a higher level of professionalism from America's Best. Due to this experience, I'll be reevaluating where I choose to purchase my eyewear in the future.

      They advertise 2 frames and free eye exam for $79.95-$129.95. I set my appointments online and a lady called to ask if I had insurance and I told her I do but not to worry about it, that I did not know the policy and I didn't think it was worth it. When I showed up she was very insistent about the insurance and said she could find it with my husband's last 4 of social and birth date. She found it. I had my exam and picked out my glasses, both were from the wall that stated 2 pairs for $129.95 and free eye exam. The total bill was around $550.00, with me paying $345.00 out of pocket. I believe they pressured me into using insurance so they could charge me more. Very upset and will not use them again.

      After waiting weeks for my appointment, and responding to every text sent to confirm my appointment, I live 2 hours away in *************. My GPS quit working on the way. In ************** pulled over to call for directions and let them know I was going to be a few minutes late. It was 11:02. My appointment was 11:00! The first person I spoke to couldn't help me. She finally got someone else. She gave very poor directions, not saying how far I was or which side of the street it was on. I arrived there at 11:12. I was informed that my appointment was "automatically" cancelled because I was 14 minutes late. I asked for a Supervisor. I reiteraterated to her that I had driven over 2 hours and had called to let them know I was was lost, needed directions and therefore would be late. She stared at her computer for awhile and then reiterated that it was store policy to automatically cancel appointments after 15 minutes, that the doctor is scheduled for every 15 minutes. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. She then said I could wait and see if they have a cancellation! I asked if that meant I was to sit there all day and hope for a cancellation. I said several times that this was the worst customer service I had ever experienced! I'm 75 years old. If that was their policy they should tell that to people during any one of the text messages sent! As I left I told her I would be filing a complaint with BBB, and she remarked sarcastically that "they have a legal department for that". I said "so do I". It occurs to me now that this was really a blessing. A doctor/exam that's "available" for 15 minutes anyway could not do a thorough or even a mediocre job. Being on a fixed income, I was willing to drive 98 miles to save $, yet expecting America's Best. Now I think you would get what you pay for, , poor quality products, less than top notch "doctor" or exam, and terrible customer service, BUYER BEWARE! Thank you America's "worst" for cancelling my appointment!

      Absolutely awful at every single level, including corporate. They gave me a bad prescription, didn't even attempt to correct it, I paid for full boxes of contact lenses (and still have the receipts) and haven't received them or any information from them and it's been a month, they got EVERYTHING wrong in every possible way, including my name, their customer service hasn't responded to me in 10 days, their corporate office told me to email them and then when I did they told me to email the people who never responded, they STILL haven't refunded me the money for the missing and WRONG contact lenses, and at this point I am going to actually file a small claims court lawsuit against them tomorrow. This company is absolutely, by far, the worst and most incompetent company I have ever seen and I've dealt with a lot of bad service in my life.
