      This place is awful.. receive the wrong Contacts twice they have people that **** them and theyre not sure what theyre ****ing call to complain to ****. She said that I was incorrect I had my contact packages.. when I had to record t her again because I saved my old and new packages proving that they were incorrect again met with a lot of sassiness and unwilling to accept they were wrong! Would highly suggest finding an eye doctor, who is skilled and the office staff is just a skilled waste of money and time when they say its too good to be true that is correct would pay full price anywhere not to have to purchase from this place again after reading reviews I see that I am not the only person that this is happened to do better. Best America.!

      Horrible quality and no able to resolve the issue. I went to the store at the end of December for an eye exam. At that time I ordered some glasses it took them almost month to deliver. The glasses have been very unclear and never able to clean. The coating looks wavy and hazed. Now its starting to come off. I complained about them the day that I picked them up and on 2 previous visits. When I called again on 09/01 was told that there is no warranty. I called corporate and was told the same. The quality of their product is horrible and dont stand behind them. I would never go back to them or recommend anyone from spending their money there. In fact I have asked my employees to go somewhere else. Also contacting my insurance company with the concerns and to get them off our vision provider list.

      August 30, 2023 319 *************, ***********, ** Horrible experience, a waste of time. The staff Not friendly.!***** took the appointment for my son by phone and got a breakdown of prices. We arrived at the appointment, ***** spelled the names wrong, they could not find us. ****'s test tech looked tense and straight-faced, we started to feel uncomfortable. we verify the ********************* told me, she said that is not the price, I asked *****, and It was a very tense situation, ***** was explaining the prices to Tech, and she cut him off in a rude way saying "ok whatever, if that is the price, you take care of that when we are done here" The consult with Optometrist Lady was ok, No name tag, no introduction, otherwise professional.The last guy we talked to (we didn't get his name) had no Name tag, no introduction (an older bald guy with glasses and a Blue shirt) he seemed very impatient and overwhelmed with 2 questions about the class date and frames, flat affect, told us "just pick the frames you need from there" At this point I opted not to pick anything due to his attitude, not friendly. I asked about the total price if we picked the frames. He already knew about the situation as my wife saw him talking to *****, But he acted like nothing was going on, I asked ***** sitting at the Desk right in front of us and he said "I might've given you the incorrect price, but I am not a salesperson " I asked The gentlemen if he was not going to honor the price I was given 2 times by phone and in the Store? He said "NO I AM NOT GOING TO HONOR THE ***** BECAUSE HE IS NOT A SALESMAN," I said OK, I will not take it, he asked me So you are just taking the Contacts, I said No, "I am not taking anything, thank you" Nether he or anyone in the process of this confusion explained the prices or anything about the mistake, no apologies or any other explanation.I would've accepted an apology, we are all humans. I do not recommend it and I will not go back there.They don't care about U

      This place is terrible, do not go! Run, the staff are so disrespectful and lying to get you in the door. Took advantage of my young son. I called several times to complain, the customer service said, oh well you should have know better! **** poor place of business

      Hope fully ******* can do better!! Rude front desk staff, glasses adventure began in June and glasses that were right color and the right RX arrived at end of August. Bad eye exam, glasses arriving in the wrong color..... it was a nightmare. Avoid this place like the plague. Dr is not professional and eye exam was less that expected.

      On August 21, 2023, I had the displeasure of meeting the optometrist at America's Best located in ********, ** *********************************** He was very ****, unprofessional, and lacked the basic client/doctor mannerism one would expect during an appointment. I am a nurse and I am very familiar with interacting with patients, clients, and doctors. The Optometrist assessed my 11 year old *****'s eyes for a few minutes, then said she needed glasses, then told us to head to the front to get help. I was stunned. It felt like a doctor walking into your room, listens to your heart, tells you you need surgery, then walks out. This optometrist gave absolutely no explanation of my Niece's problems with her vision, what he found during his assessment, his recommendations, nor explanation of her prescription. I was stunned with the lack of information given. When I asked what were the issues with my *****'s eyesight, He gave me a look that read he was annoyed and irritated. His reply was very rude and brief leaving me with very little insight concerning my *****'s vision. Needless to say, the service I received from this optometrist was NOT America's Best. I hope his behavior is not indicative of what to expect with this company. If so, I will not spend another dollar of my hard earned money at this location or this company. - Very unhappy, dissatisfied customer

      There is no. Physician on-site at most locations. The online advertisement. The television advertisement does not tell you it's a virtual appointment. This is false advertising.

      My wife purchased a pair of glasses after being quoted a price of $438.95. The associate said that they accepted our insurance. We paid $107.95 which wasn't covered by our insurance and I asked several times if that was all we owed and the associate told me yesterday. 3 months later we received a bill in the mail stating that we owe $65.00 and when we asked for an explanation we were told it for the lenses portion that the insurance didn't pay. The associate looked up what our insurance covered and assured that we wouldn't owe any more so why should we have to pay the $65.00?

      Saturday July 29, 2023 went to pay for glasses and was treated very cold by Representative an Asian lady. This is my first and last to do business with this company in ****** *******. Not friendly at all there. Im spending my money and to be treated like that its not going to work. Im also complaining to my insurance company about Americas Best Eyecare.
