      My mother had a stroke 6 months ago and can barely walk. We came to Americas Best in Steelyard for glasses. The whole staff couldn't have been nicer to my mother sister and *************** the manager helped with the glasses. He had my mother sit at a desk while him and I brought her frames to look at. This took a long time. ****** made this experience pleasant. My sister and I were touched that someone would show our mother such kindness and compassion. When the glasses came in I picked them up. My mother could not enter the store as she was having a bad day. ****** remembered us. He took the glasses out to my mother and fitted them to her in my car. Again, I was almost crying as this person was so kind to her. Thanks for this experience. We will be at Americas Best for life. Thank you, ******.

      I like the place it's clean.The employees are friendly and attentive.I'd like to thank **** for helping us as soon as we walked in she offered her help She helped us get are glasses and answered any questions we had .Great place ..

      Been customer for awhile. My kids even went. This time had bad experience and will not go back. **** picked out my 2 pairs, had to call them to see if they came in and did. Got there and wasn't the pairs I picked, so had to wait for the right ones. Meanwhile I changed my mind wasn't happy with whole situation so I went back to return. That's when I learned you don't get a full refund. I give them no stars. Need to work on there customer service.

      I am writing on behalf of my family, who have been faithful customers of America's Best for over a decade. We have always been loyal customers due to your history of transparent billing practices and reliable service. However, recently, a series of events has cast a shadow on this trusted relationship, prompting me to express my serious concerns.In recent months, we have been receiving invoices from a previously unknown entity named "SnappyGlobal.com," which raises doubts due to its unfamiliarity. This concern is further magnified by the fact that, in all our years of patronage, our insurance has always covered a significant portion of the vision expenses. The sudden emergence of these seemingly unwarranted charges is perplexing and unsettling.In an attempt to resolve this matter, I reached out to your Crestwood branch, with whom our family has been interacting for years. The staff noted down the necessary details and assured me of a timely resolution. However, despite their promise, we received no follow-up communication, leaving us in the dark regarding the status of the issue. The absence of a contact number on the invoice adds to the frustration, creating a barrier for us to address our concerns directly.Equally disconcerting is the change in the attitude of your staff. We have fond memories of interacting with kind, attentive individuals who made us feel valued as customers. Recently, however, both my husband and I experienced a significant decline in the level of customer service. The lack of attention and assistance has left us feeling neglected and unappreciated.I sincerely hope that our experiences are an aberration and not indicative of a systemic decline in the quality of your service. America's Best has, in the past, set an admirable standard for vision care. I urge you to investigate this matter swiftly, restore faith in your billing system, and ensure the upkeep of your traditionally high customer service standards.

      America's Best in now ********* Worst! I made an appointment for my mom a little more than a week in advanced only to find out that the doctor took the day off and that it was going to be a virtual visit as we showed up yesterday at their **********, ** location. I could not grasp the fact that they told me that the doctor decided to take the day off, they could have said they had some unforeseen circumstance come up, I felt like they just not care at all. I asked why I wasn't notified and they said they tried calling. I let them know I didn't have a missed call or a message and they let me know that no message was left. So again, how in the world did they try to notify me! They also informed me that my mom wouldn't be seen as she could not speak English fluently and that I would not be able to translate for her as the doctors were "very picky" and didn't allow for translators. I was absolutely floored with the unprofessionalism. As a medical professional I've not heard such nonsense. This is by far the worst experience I had with them and I'm sad to say that I will no longer be a customer of theirs even though I've gone through them for many years.

      Nice people, liked doctor a lot BUT these frames and lens are horrible. I paid 4 times more than previous pair from ***** and got a worse product. Will use doctor again but never will waste money on their glasses

      I wish I could leave no stars! I went in on April 17th. Was told my last prescription may have had an over adjustment. Was supposed to receive two different trials for the two prescriptions. 2/12 months later and a phone call every week I finally received trials. Because there was a manufacturer delivery issue on one brand and so they finally ordered me their brand. I called and found out my trial was in went to pick up and received both brands but only one of the prescriptions for both pairs I received! I have no idea which one was what I should try in order to order the correct prescription for me because I had only received one prescription after all this time and trouble.I did reach out to customer service headquarters when I wasnt getting answers on how long it would be to receive because it had been a month already. Customer service told me to call and request floor manager because they would lie to me and say manager is unavailable. Which they did and I did as customer service told me to demand to talk to floor manager. They gave me a run around forever. I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever use their services! Worst customer service ever!
