  I enjoyed my visit at America Best in Merchants Park. *** was the one that help me with my eyeglasses purchase. Treated me with the upmost respect! Very friendly and knowledgeable about her job.Thank you ***

  The staff was great was able to look up my insurance information without my card. Great service, the doctor was an a****** rude does not know how to speak to customers or staff he was rude to the lady that did the exams. Definitely inappropriate, he made it seemed like she was a problem. Get a new doctor the rest of the staff was great

  Had an appointment in the beginning of February and they changed my contacts to ones specifically for astigmatisms so I thought that maybe my vision would be better and I was excited to try them out but they didn't have any in stock and had to be ordered so they said they would let me know when they came in. I finally got a call about 2 weeks ago that they were finally there. We are now in the middle of June so 4 months later I was finally able to try this new pair of contacts. They set a follow-up appointment about 2 weeks later, this past Saturday the 17th I believe at 4:10. I get there like 10 minutes early and there are 2 women before me. Someone takes me back and has me read the letters and then sends me back out and says the Dr will be right with me. I go back out and about **** minutes later they call the first lady. I'm sitting there for a while and the first last comes out and they call back the next lady. I am now the only person waiting to be seen and it seems like the appointment with the Dr last about ***** minutes or so. After about 20 minutes I'm still waiting to be seen and it is about 5 p.m. and a gentleman walks back to the waiting room I have now been waiting almost an hour and has a seat. About 5 minutes after he sits down the 2 lady comes out of the room and they now call the gentleman who just got there back to see the Dr. I'm sitting there like wtf? I just had to wait 4 months for my trial pair of contacts and now they are just gonna have me sitting there waiting as they take everyone else before me. So I wait a little while longer to see if they are just doing the quick visit reading the letters and all that and after a while I just walked out and they could care less. I only went to them because I usually had a great experience at the locations in Lancaster county but since I moved back to ********* I went to the ************* location. My time was wasted and my patronage as a customer was not valued.

  ******************************* at ************** location in *********, ** was great experience. I go there and get my contact lenses annually and with there 3 year exams for 89,.00 and I walk out with only paying ***** for my exam only. I recently got married and my husband loves that location also because it's not far from where I live. He got Exam and 2 new pairs of glasses and he loves them. I highly recommend this location!!

  I do not recommend them.I had to have my lenses remade their was a scratch on the lenses.So I waited 2 weeks for the new pair.I picked them up on 6-14-23,I noticed that the right lense is not lined straight its at angle:crooked.I just got them back today now I have to go back.***** the manager was rude to me.

  My mom was so impressed with ************************** and the staff there, (cant remember names) so kind, knowledgeable, and thorough that I decided to go.I too, looking for someone closer was so pleasantly surprised that I told my husband and he will be going. Thank you

  ********* Worst should be their name. I foolishly paid for a 3-year subscription service that included free eye exams. Every time I asked for a copy of my prescription, they denied it. First they lied and said it was with my papers. When I got home I saw I only had a receipt for the glasses and lenses. I called and they said they could not mail or email a prescription, I would have to go in person. I went in person and they said they could not release it unless I saw the doctor, and they were fully booked for that day. I got upset so they started staring at me like I am a crazy *****. I asked them to book me an appointment, although my prescription was just a few days old. I came back. I saw the doctor again. The doctor said I could pick up a copy of my prescription at the front desk on my way out. Again, they gave me an envelope, and when I got home, it was not my prescription. I called again and the manager said I did not complete a fitting for my contacts. I did complete it, with the doctor. Plus, I had been wearing that brand of contacts for 10 years, I only changed doctors. She said she would not be able to send me my prescription. After I got extremely upset and threatened to make a scene like a real *****, she said she was going to mail me my prescription. 3 months have passed and she has not mailed me my prescription. I called again and she said she has no recall of me whatsoever. I was there with my little child and every time they made me wait for hours just to get a copy of my prescription. They convoed among themselves to trick me so I would be out the door without my prescription. These people there are unethical, low level scammers, They are so afraid you will take your prescription somewhere else that they will lie and put you through so much distress over a piece of paper you need and they withhold. The location I visited was Downtown *****. Never again. I hope people are warned against this horrible company.

  For the past 3 visits I've gotten the 2 pair with free eye exam deal. I always take a decent amount of time picking out the perfect 2 pairs of frames yet EVERY pair I get after the lenses are put in are NOT the same size frames I tried on in the store. EVERY prescription seems to give me a headache and make my eyes and sense of balance ***** whether it's the incorrect placement of center or just not the right prescription. Only reason I think I kept going back was because of cost...which isn't worth getting prescription glasses that aren't the right prescription and honestly never fit...even after in store fitting. So disappointed on my 3 and last visit to America's best contacts and eyeglasses.
