      I had to wait a long time and I had an appointment. The day of pick up they couldnt find my glasses! I was so disappointed . Not being able to see. I dont want to do business with them again.

      Went to Americas best on ******************************** ******** ** ***** on Dec. 13 2022. Gave insurance info, paid what was owed. 1-2 weeks later up glasses, everything ok. 3 months later I receive a bill dated 3/26/2023 of *****. Wrote to them telling them I paid in full and was never made aware I may owe more, nor did I sign saying I was told of this, no response. Got another bill dated 4/25/2023, wrote to a different address about the same thing as the first letter, no response. Now today I receive another bill dated 5/25/2023. Im not writing again. I want this resolved. **** is paid in full. Take care of it.

      The assistant ***** is the most disrespectful woman I have ever met..if you enjoy racist,condescending and judgmental people..then go there..I have spent hundreds of dollars there,and I won't spend another dime!!

      Made sure they accepted my insurance before I made appointment. Pre-checked in on line a week before my appointment giving them my insurance info. Showed up and gave them my insurance card. Had my tests done (don't waste an extra $20 on additional test), went to check out and the girl tells me that are out of my network and wouldn't accept my insurance. Luckily I just needed readers and there cheap on Amazon. Luckily it was only $80, but I shouldn't have had to spend it. Plus the girl went into the bathroom and was coughing her brains out, when she came out she was just fine. I know what that means.

      I am writing this review in attempt that others do not make the mistake of going to Americas Best. They need to change their name, its very misleading. I was very pleased with the place I went to for glasses, however, I decided to try Americas Best. It was only 1 block away from the other. I took my mom, dad and myself to Americas Best located in *******, **. Mom and I were scheduled on the same day. Dads appointment was 1 week later. It took about 7 weeks for mine and my dads glasses to come in (nothing special to be done to them) and 8 weeks for my moms. I started calling about the 5th week, being told that they had several delivery boxes to still go through each time. All 3 of us had to return our glasses. The bifocals were at the top of the lense. My moms had to be returned again. This time the prescription was incorrect. My dads are not right either. He doesnt want to go through it again. On the last visit for my mom, the guy that works there (I wish I knew his name) said with an attitude, that they had already processed this order for free. That bothered me more than I already was. I tried to keep my cool. I said, Free? Your company couldnt get them right. She paid for her glasses. We got Moms money back and made an appointment elsewhere. This whole experience was horrible. They are not qualified for prescription glasses and are very rude to customers.

      I had an awful experience. I would give them zero stars. I paid for what I thought was a Three year membership. I called for what I was thinking would be my second year which would be free since I paid for last year's visit. I call to make an appointment. I spoke with **** ( Not sure if this is the correct spelling of her name) shee is located at ************ location. I spoke with **** over the phone to make the appointment and she asked if I had any insurance and when I told her that I did not but I was part of the three year membership she said OK and set the appointment for me. I go to the appointment a few days later and when I check in speak to the same person Zuly, that originally made the appointment for me. When I get there I was asked the same thing. I tell Zuly that I paid last time for the three year membership. She is well aware that I told her this at least twice. I sit and wait and go through the exam process. I sit down with **** and she tells me than and only than that my membership has expired and I needed to pay $109. I was never told membership was expired. I drove over an hour to this ************ location thinking the visit was covered. If I was told when I told **** in making the appointment originally I could have gone to another eye location much closer to home. I was extremely upset because the receptionist **** knew the whole time I thought I was covered under the membership and never informed me. I felt like they did this on purpose and maybe this is how their office was ran. I fill ripped off and the way I was told that I was not covered by **** before I paid I felt really disrespected. I felt cheated and I am not returning back to this store or any of their locations. Even though now I am supposedly covered for the next two years in their membership club. I really disappointed they would run a business like this.

      This has honestly become such a trash company, no matter which location you go to. I used to go here religiously when I lived in ********** because if you dont have insurance, the prices are extremely reasonable. However, the quality of the service here in ******* versus ********** is night and day. *** had appointments canceled by them the same day because the doctor ***** going to be there as if thats some thing that they should not have known beforehand when I took off of work and things for this. On top of that, they apparently have no kind of system that functions properly because once you schedule an appointment, theyre going to harass you relentlessly all the way up until you actually are physically there for the appointment about insurance about confirming no matter how many times you confirm or how many times you speak to them theyre still going to text you email you and call you tons of times to the point that youre ready to curse them out. They schedule tons of people for the same appointment time so theres really no point in even making the appointment because youre still gonna wait there. I make an appointment for 9:20 in the morning only to get there and see that they dont open till 930 according to their signage, then why was I given an appointment for 920 but God forbid if Im late for my appointment. I understand the need for places like this when you dont have insurance but I will be taking my business to ******* from now on because they seem to understand what good customer service actually is and ******************** best has lost it somewhere along the line.

      Well first of all this could have been a very dangerous. The optometrist wrote and gave me the wrong prescription. She was off an complete point. When i saw the numbers i was surprised but thought nothing of it I did get into my vehicle and drive with these glasses on and had to quit since you see anything when I returned to America's Best eyeglasses and I was treated very rudely I just don't think this is very safe and I think something should be done.

      They are false advertising about you get 2pair for $79 but when you get there they are $79for each pair. i bought 2 pair of glasses but when I got them they did not fit my face right so I had to buy another pair because the other were distorted because of the way they fit my face. I am out $462 dollar please do not shop with them

      Paid ****** out of pocket for 2 pairs . One pair was a no line bifocal and the second was a pair of sunglasses. When I went to pick them up the glasses I received 2 pairs of glasses where are the sunglasses I ordered. The receptionist response was that her co worker messed up again. Offered to send them back out and have them polarized for an additional *****. The frames I choose for the sunglasses I would never wear as regular glasses. So Im stuck with a pair of glasses I hate. Will never return to Americas best again. So essentially I paid ****** for 1 pair of glasses.
