      GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! I went in for glasses late December. When called to pick up, I noticed they had used the floor sample. Complained and was told they would call me back when issue had been resolved with the lab. Went back in a month later and nobody knew where my glasses were. Asked for a refund and they said yes and that I would get a check in the mail **** days. One month later no check yet, I went back to the store and they called store support and they dont see any check request or that it has been processed. No resolution yet. Was told to go home and wait for a call from the store if they hear something from corporate. REALLY???? WOW!!!!It has been a very frustrating and painful process to get my money back. One word to describe this place: HORRIBLE!

      I got glasses and sunglasses less than a year ago. I had the scratch proof coating and the smug proof coating put on and the auto tint for the regular pair. These are so scratched and foggy I have to wear sunglasses at night because I can't see too good to drive with regular glasses. People are great but quality of product not too good in my experience. But when it comes to my eyes I shouldn't go cheap. My fault totally

      ******* at the ******* location is a gem! She made my experience the best I have ever had in the 40+ years of visiting the eye doctor. She was patient when picking my frame, and when I had problems with my lenses, she helped get it straightened out. It turned out that I couldn't wear a certain type of lens and she made sure the doctor and lab took care of me. Thanks ******* for your expertise, knowledge, patience, and caring. She is the best!!!

      Superstition springs area AzNot great, even at $390 spent on upgrades customer service was c*** Waited 45 minutes at pick up for adjustment that was never completed. The optometrist walked away mid consult and began an exam for another customer. Paid $100 for transition lenses that are sufficient in valley sun and very slow in adjusting to light change. Other pair was supposed to reduce blue light for computer work but are unusable (prescription is bad). Now Ill have to waste another afternoon sitting in there for hours to be ignored, frustrated, and ripped off. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I feel staff tried and was just very overwhelmed and slightly incompetent.

      Having problems with my prescription. Went to America's best where I got prescription and glasses could not help me as they have NO ******** don't know when they will have one? Really? Wanted to send me 1 1/2 hrs to the nearest one. Unbelievable why are you even open? Each site should have at least one if not 2 Drs.

      Following a procedure at Lasik Plus, my wife needed glasses to get her through until the next lasik procedure was scheduled. The plan was to get the frames, then go to 1 hour lens store due to nausea from the poor vision. She found a set of frames she wanted at "America's Best," but none were in stock at that location. The first place I went to, I was told that another one about 10 miles away (*********, **) did have them and they would be waiting for us, so I went there. After about 10 minutes, I flagged down the person behind the counter. She took the glasses out of the drawer and put them at the back of the line, behind a couple of other people that came in after me, and I was told to go to the waiting room. 46 minutes later, I went back up front and expressed disappointment at the Excessive Wait. They were not that busy. I was told I was next in line. The store manager was the next one free, so I sat down across from her. She did not anything, got up, and chose what appeared to be the folder behind mine, called someone else from the waiting room, and had them sit at another table, leaving me sitting at the first desk. Either the woman l spoke with lied about me being next, or the manager blatantly took someone else ahead of me. In any event, right at an hour into waiting to for a 2 to 4 minute task to pay for some frames, I was D-****** Clearly, they have too many customers to take care of in an efficient way. This made it too late for me to get the frames elsewhere and get to the 1 hour lens place in time for them to make the lenses, since it was already 4PM. My wife will be nauseated for at least another day as a result. I will never go to any of any so called "America's Best" stores again under any circumstances. If this is the "Best" they can do, I don't need the frustration, wasted time, or to deal with overtly rude people or those that lie on her behalf. This is among the sorriest excuses of customer service that I have had in a very, very long time,

      Americas worst. Worst experience ever in Eastgate and *****. Couldn't get trial pair of contacts for 7 weeks, went to get them and they said they don't have trials anymore. Incompetent doctors and staff. Never will return.

      They do not have doctor available when you have confirmed appointments. They move your appointment without you consent. Total shoddy practice. This was at *************, CO place.

      They DO NOT know what they are doing...I was in the Op. Dr. ****** for less than FIVE minutes...said I need to use bifocals...Would not give my measurements for my contacts so I could buy from other than them...Had me checked out and did NOT ask if I wanted to look and buy glasses...I specifically went there for that...Rude is beyond what I would say just to be nice...Absolutely do NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY...I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS...

      I just replaced AB glasses.the optician said they sold me glasses that didn't even get my prescription in the lens. I had difficulty seeing. Upon putting on the correct glasses I could see clearly. I wasted $600 at ab I will tell anyone who'll listen to buy elsewhere. Third rate outfit. They damaged my sight with lousy glasses, and incompetent emoloyees
