      Horrible service, ciacis and glasses took 2 weeks but was told 7 - ***************************************************************** Also, I'm only wating for trial contacts and he said it'll take even longer for mt **** lenses WHAT. They need to be shutdown!!!!!

      I can't see. They told me my eyes would adjust but my eyes have never been really bad and I can't imagine them adjusting this much. I have better vision with no glasses at all!

      Rude employees. The receptionist told me her entire lifes problems. Very unprofessional behavior. I only needed a new eye glasses prescription. The receptionist did 2 hours worth of various eye tests on me, a complete waste of time because there was no eye doctor on site, and in order to do a virtual video eye exam I had to allow this incompetent man to blind me with this very bright light that he said I need to stare into it so the camera will connect to the doctor. ********* questioned his intelligence and refused his demand, so then he told me none of those tests could be saved for a future eye exam. I gladly took my business elsewhere the following day, and will never go back to this place again. Before I left I told the receptionist woman I was upset about my experience there, she laughed and told me shes not worried about it. Zero customer service. Im surprised this business can run and I expect with such poor service theyll foreclose eventually.

      America's best especially ************** is the worst business in the world!!! Horrible customer service! I would never send anyone to them. I Was in there for 2 and a 1/2 hours just to get the eye exam.. They let someone else go in front of me and take my original appointment while I was setting there. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from them when I received the glasses neither one of them worked for me I couldn't see out of them. So I took them back They told me they would give me a refund on them after I told them I wanted 1. I took them back and there was 2 employees in there when I walked in the door neither 1 of them even acknowledged me. After standing there for a few minutes I finally said I'm just coming to drop these off like they told Me Too! And I would like a receipt stating you're going to give me a refund . Neither one of them responded to me. So I took a video of the glasses and of them stating I was leaving the glasses there and I want my refund. Anyways I would never go there again and I hope you won't either.

      I went in for glasses and contact's December 8th of 2022 and received my glasses within a week. The contact's on the other hand, well it is January 10th of 2023 and I still don't have them. I started calling two weeks after they said they would he in. I got the excuse oh its the holidays they should be in soon. I called yesterday because it was over a month and the Lady on the phone told me to let her talk to the manager and see what could be done because it was a month wait already and would call me back in a hour. Never called back. I called today and the person who answered said oh we are just getting out contact's in from October so it is a long wait yet. I asked why wasn't I told when I got the exam about the wait and all she kept saying was they are backlogged. I was told they would be in 2 weeks from the date of my exam. I was lied to many, many times. I wouldn't have gotten my exam there if the wait was months long. My contact's are for a vacation that my family and I are about to take. I wouldn't get exams there if I were you. They will lie to you until they can't anymore.

      I dealt with ************* Best store at *******************************************************. Not only are the glasses poor quality but the prescription is off. I had to go back to my old glasses.

      Had a issue with a stress fracture, not do to a drop. Seemed like maybe the lens was too big for the frame. Had them just under a year. Took the eyeglasses into the ********, ** location on ***********. Was told no problem we'll call you when the lens comes in. Got the call the lens ready. I was expecting a bit of a wait for them to pop out the defective lens and install the new one. Store employee looks up my name and comes back and hands me brand new eyeglasses. Completely new frame and lens! I was in and out in 7 mins. Store staff friendly and knowledgeable. Seriously AMERICAS BEST in my eyes you are the best!

      Location: ******************************************************************************************* Dealing with these people has been a nightmare!! After getting an eye exam and ordering glasses, *******, the tech as well as one of the managers, called me and told me that one of the frames that I selected would not work for my prescription, after telling me the day of the exam that they would work. This required a reorder and a delay in getting my new glasses. After getting my glasses and having them for a month, I noticed that I was having some double vision but figured that the issue would resolve as my eyes adjusted to the prisms in the new Rx. I also noticed that the left lens was loose in the frame when I cleaned them. I went in today to have them adjusted and asked about the double vision, expecting them to tell me that the issue was normal. ******* then tells me that she entered my Rx wrong when ordering my glasses! For the prisms on the Rx, the eye doctor wrote down "1??IN," but she entered "10" instead. I couldn't believe it! Because of this mistake, I had been wearing an incorrect Rx for a month! ******* apologized and reordered both pairs of glasses, but offered nothing else. Now, not only do I have to wear my old glasses that are deteriorating, but I will probably not have my correct glasses before my cross-country Christmas trip. By the time that I get the corrected glasses, it would have been almost 2 months since the initial eye exam! These people clearly have no idea what they are doing! I would rate them zero stars if I could, and I would suggest that everyone stay far away from this place when looking for glasses.

      5 min example. The glasses came in with the trifocal sitting above my husband's line of vision. Went in to have recut and the store was closed for business due to all management quitting. He had to go to a different doctor and was told that the prescription was entirely incorrect. We paid cash for the package of exam/frame/lense but they also charged our insurance making it impossible to get another pair of glasses through insurance. This place is a 100% scam and their eye doctors shouldn't have a license to practice.

      1 star cause 0 isnt possible. I walked into an appointment and got kicked out cause I had an unopened bottle of h2o I was told by 2 managers and a counter person its not there rule ********* and they are not even allowed either I have a medical condition and if I dont eat enough salt and water I am in trouble. The workers didnt care they just kept ignoring me and telling me to get out. Then I went in to the ast mngr and showed her how it is unlawful for an employer to prevent an employee from have a healthy amount of drinking water available and allow them to drink. I wen on BBB and I see an F rating 450 reviews with 1.3 stars. These people **** and it would appear that is part of the company charter cause they are all real good at s***** service None of them would listen and they would just keep stating Im to aggressive leave because Im Italian and I talk with my I would dig a set of glasses out of the trash before I would allow this company near my eyes. They claim that it is unhealthy to have drinking water on the floor of a medical facility . Really eyeglasses retail is medical??
