      Very poor customer service and discrimination against the customers. Filed a complaint with their customer services regarding an employees named ******* in the *******, ** store. Called back on January 3rd to inquire on my order, the same person picked up and my glasses mysteriously disappeared. Received no response from the customer service department and I still do not have my glasses.

      I bought new lenses they are supposed to be scratch resistant. The lenses only lasted a month. When I contacted Americas Best, they said there was no warranty on lenses. So I paid for lenses I can not wear after a month due to heavy scratches. Now I have a pair of worthless prescription glasses.

      The ********** location is very disappointing. Please if you have to choose this company, don't use their ********** location. It's so much with them til I don't know where to start.I went in to have a pair of my frames adjusted because they were too big and sliding off my face. Instead of the young lady adjusting the arms on my glasses so they would fit better, she totally bent my frames almost to a fold. When I put them on they were so bent I couldn't blink. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix them after that. I had to make an appointment so that I could get another pair. I asked the guy who was assisting me at the time to make sure that I have a warranty on the pair that would be transition. When I went in to pick up my glasses they were the wrong glasses and he didn't add the transition to them. 8 months later even after just purchasing more glasses from them out of pocket my transitions were destroyed at work. I took back the piece that I could save only to be told that I have No Warranty. I called to speak with the store manager Tan several times she does not return calls. I also spoke with ****** who told me there was nothing they could do for me. Out of all of the money that I spend with this company and all of the referrals I have sent them, All of the patients I've had with their mess **** There is nothing They Can Do For Me...I am beyond upset and will never do business with them again.

      I ordered glasses on October 31st and have yet to receive my glasses and every time I contact them I get the runaround and excuses regarding my order.

      What a terrible experience to start this one off. America's Worst is the simplest way to put this. I go in and order my glasses, the woman who helped me was very nice. I wait 5 business days and they come in. That's awesome. This was a 5-star review coming until the next part. I go to get them adjusted and one of the managers claims it's going to be the "best adjustment of my life." It ended up being the worst, with a cracked, mangled and basically ruined frame that I paid $300 for. I believe the managers name was *******. I picked these frames up at 6:30pm, and i had an hour drive to an event i needed to be at in 45 minutes, so i took the frames as is, and left. Got home and noticed the damage. If you have any problems with these, you cant call on a sunday or anything, because they're closed. Weekends are great for getting things done. So I had to wait until monday to call. I spoke with the **, and she said she would get a new pair out to us, and i requested a rush on them. She said she would be requesting it and they'll see what they can do. I call back after 5 business days, which was the expectation liek last time, but I was told they didn't arrive yet, that they would arrive the following friday (says the receptionist). I call today which is the following friday, and NO THEY'RE NOT HERE. After I was assured by reception that they would arrive. Instead I get an angry ** attempting to reconsile the fact that this isn't already terrible and that I'M wrong. I'm just going by what I'm being told. I ask for a refund, and I'm rudely explained the SAME concept. No... I get it... I'm unhappy. Just give me the money back. It's been 3 weeks and its just embarrasing for you guys anymore. Just avoid this place. They've made no attempt to reconsile/settle up/compensate for this at all. Just avoid it like the plague. Do yourself a favor. I wont be returning. I'll be going elsewhere. It's crazy. You buy a pair of frames elsewhere online and you have them in 6 days.

      If I could give Zero stars!! HORRIBLE service, its been a month and still have not received my order! They do absolutely NOTHING to accommodate nor try to accommodate with customers!!! I would NOT recommend this company! I ordered online and received 2 pairs of glasses for $40 and in 7 days!!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

      Very good **************** at the *****,Utah Store. ******** always helps me and makes sure that my glasses are as ordered. Everyone in the store from Dr. ****** to the receptionist are very helpful and friendly. Good Job!

      In south Euclid Ohio the doctor gave me an exam that I think you can get from a dime store could not see through the lens of the glasses, all they cared about was me purchasing designer frames, I requested a refund, what a joke, do not go here.

      ******* ******, O.D. is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. From scheduling appointment arriving for the appointment only to be told that the optometrist won't see you because they want to go to lunch? Then tell me to come back 2hours later...only then to be told that now there are 3 people in front of you so I can wait for 3 hours more if I like! Terrible experience they don't even deserve one star! ********************************************* is the worst!

      They tell you the buy 2 pair deal is better than using your vision insurance. I paid the $135 difference and months later they sent me a bill for another $65. They said insurance didnt pay the full amount they were supposed to pay. Insurance state everything was paid out. The invoice sent to me from Americas Best only shows me paying $70 in the store. The store shows me paying the $135. Americas Best is not good at math apparently.
