      Purchase glasses in March or April bought insurance they told me and then happened to them within a year. They replace them no paperwork or anything go back to replace them after I lost them in a lake. They said they dont cover loss or stolen glasses they shouldve give me that in writing at minimum Ive gone to American best for probably 12 years. They said they talk to a supervisor and get back to me then over a week and no response probably the last time I go to American best I spent thousands of dollars and glasses there aint place that sell glasses customer service should be number one. My name is *************************, March 25, 1959 went to the ********************* store like I say probably for the last time would definitely like to hear back from you

      When I contacted Americas Best to see if I can do a walk-in exam I didn't know what to expect. However I was met with compassion personality and professionalism. ****** and ***** (Hey y'all..) are amazing women who deserve claps and hugs. AMERICAS BEST location in the *** off of ************* in ****************************. If you want people to care and and you want to be in a family environment then what are Y'all waiting for get your eyes checked and buy those great frames at a low price you can afford!!!- ******

      Detectors are outside right now there's the worst doctors the worst prescription filling the worst eyeglasses and lies from corporate they take half your money and they don't return the other half and leave you with nothing but a wasted month too many trips to their store for nothing and arrogant b****** that are managers

      I have been waiting on contacts for over 2 months now. First pair of glasses and contacts were wrong, had to wait 2 weeks for a Dr *********** since the first one was done virtually. Im so dissatisfied and will never go back to them.

      i received my trial contacts from the ******* location here in *******. i was told i would be called when they were ready and never received a call. 2 weeks passed, i called and was told they were ready. i went to go pick them up, and one of the associates gave them to me. however, i didnt take the class yet since im a new contact wearer. i asked if the class was still needed and was told i needed an appointment for a class. i let them know that i wasnt told that an appointment was needed. luckily, i was able to get an appointment for 2 that day since the contact manager wasnt able to see me that morning. one ripped about 2 months ago. called and let the store know 2 MONTHS ago to make the team aware and to order another pair of TRIALS. its now august 8th, and my contact trials are still not ready. called the cooperate number and explained the situation. the manager i spoke with that day offered to call the store to speak with the dr. to see if they could give me something comfortable until the trails come in. she also stated that the contacts could be on back order and its a waiting game until they come in. both the store and cooperate office both failed to provide me with a clear timeline on when my contacts would come in. each time i call the store and ask if theyre ready im told theyre not. i then ask the store when they will be ready and nobody ever knows. later i was told one eye was ordered but the other one was not so now theyre waiting on the right eye to come in. apparently, im not the only patient and this location this has happened to according to the contact manager. currently calling around to other eye doctor offices in the area to be seen somewhere else. if i could give 0 stars, i would. im never recommending americas best to anyone

      Bait and switch, I had my virtual exam , chose 2 pair from ***** section, actually one pair were on sale for *****. I sat down while I was being rung up , Associate looks at me and says ******. Now if there was a feather around it could have knocked me over. I was shocked and began to get very angry. I been a customer of AB for many years and have NEVER has this ever been my total. Associate looking at me like Im stupid, Thats single vision, well again Ive been a customer for years. I am fully aware of the deal Needless to say I told her to cancel the order, Miraculously she said let me see if I can get it down a little. AB has lost a pretty good customer along with my family and any other person who I can speak to!!! SHAMEFUL..

      ****. I ordered two pairs of glasses. They called and said they were in. One pair was fine, the second were not even mine and they didn't believe me. Took 3 people and 20 minutes later to discover that what? I wasn't lying? Completely disrespectful. And they didn't even apologize for the fact they didn't belive me OR the fact that I have to make yet another trip back out to the store when they come in. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

      I purchased a pair of glasses on 12/2023 from Americas Best in ***********, ** on potranco road. I purchased two pairs of glasses and used my insurance. The price came out to $518.95 and I was told I need to cover $383.95 which was paid at the time of service. Few months later, I now have a bill for $113. What is my insurance paying and why wasn't I told up front about the cost? I wouldn't have used this business. Also when my glasses arrived both were broken and had to be taken back and replaced which I waited another 2 weeks for.

      My son went to ******** Texas location the first eye dr talked to him with an attitude so didnt get his eye exam correct since my son was so upset so he went back the 2nd time and that dr decided to give him his ** from last year even though his vision changed. i didnt notice and go the ** filled my son was getting headache so went back 2 different times to get 2 different samples but ******** the office manager didnt know which one they gave him each time. the i called and she decided to hang up on me.... stay away from that place. i needed to give 0 stars but thats not an option
