      My recent visit to *******'s Best Contacts and Eye Glasses left me thoroughly disappointed on multiple fronts, particularly when it came to obtaining my contact lens prescription. The entire process felt chaotic and unprofessional. It seemed like they were more focused on selling me additional products than ensuring the accuracy and reliability of my prescription. In the end I left without them giving me the prescription.In conclusion, America's Best Contacts and Eye Glasses failed to deliver on their promises of quality service and reliable prescriptions. My experience was marred by incompetence, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly caution anyone against trusting them with something as important as their vision care needs.

      I have been trying to just purchase a box of contacts. NOT HAVE AN EYE EXAM. I was told when I paid over $200 that I could walk in anytime and purchase after my exam. Six months later I am standing in the building as we speak being told I have to wait behind people who have an exam to get a box of contacts when literally the lady even just said they have to just be pulled off a shelf and paid for. This is the worst customer experience. I even left and came back twice and was still told I had to wait. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Americas best for contacts or eyeglasses.

      My experience with Americas Best have been a nightmare. I get yearly eye exams. This year I had to choose a different place due to insurance changes and choose Americas Best (due to being close to home and accepting my vision insurance). In the past I have seen 3 other eye doctors I can recall and no issues with contacts exams staff or glasses. At *******'s Best nothing but issues and some very concerning for business! When the receptionist literally walks you back for a follow up and says this one is going to be our problem child holding my chart and saying my name. Are you kidding me?!!!! This began in May and still in July have been in 3 times once for exams and 2 times for contacts none which are right. 3rd visit switching to a different contact script and told see you in a week will probably need adjusted again. Kicker I have brought my exam papers from last visit different doctor and no problems with vision. At this point I wish I would have paid out of pocket and went somewhere else as this all has been horrible customer service and experience. Sadly, I do not feel like I should go back and be belittled right in front of me as Ive sat with my mouth on the ground after listening to the receptionist speaking to the prescreening personnel right in front of me. Sickening. *** worked in health care as well over 20 years and never would have the audacity to have treated someone the way Ive been treated.

      I bought the warranty for my glasses and when I called they said I never bought it. I looked everywhere for the receipt and when I finally found it the warranty was listed on there as purchased. Unfortunately, when I found the receipt it was a few days after the warranty expired. However when I called my warranty was indeed active. Why sell a warranty if youre not going to respect it or even keep a record of it

      I want to complain about the ********** location center, early this year I bought two pair of glasses from them. The women who service me and my daughter and we BOTH could not see. My daughter was told that she needed THREE pair of glasses. I was in the hosptilal Jan and Feburay. of this year. When I got out, we both wwent to this center and a young woman told me that all they needed to do was adjust the nose piece, BUT WE STILL COULD NOT SEE. We scheduled an appointment for this Saturday and we were told that they COULD NOT HELP US! Between the two of us we spent almost 1000 dollars! I am trying to see out of these glasses as best as I can, and I will contact the I

      Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in all of the years of wearing prescription glasses. The customer service was awful & it took 2 hours for a simple exam due to being understaffed. I wear progressive & the lenses are horrible. Cheaply made & after just one year & $400 later they need to be replaced. Avoid this place at all costs.

      I am amazed by some of the people working for this place of business. Last June I purchased two identical pairs of glasses from Americas Best ********************************************** Had my exam and asked for contacts as well. What the heck was I thinking? The day I picked up my glasses I commented that the transitioning portion wasn't working. I stepped outside while the representative stood at the doorway as I tried them on. She stated she could fix the issue and took my glasses. I sat down for a about 20 minutes, and she was back with my fixed glasses. I took both pairs and left. Today 7/3/2024, I called the ******************* location here in ***** and spoke to ********. One thing should be known, if you chew your gum like a cow, we can hear you even when we do not want to. After hearing her chew and rabble through what they couldnt do for me. I requested a manager to call me which she did 25 minutes later. Manager ******* called and stated they would fix one of my glasses since the warranty for the other pair expired on 6/10/2024. However, the manager argued and stated no you picked up the second pair in November. That does not make one bit of sense to me. I picked up my contacts in November. I literally was handed a box of contacts by the representative and told "have a great day"! She wasn't concerned if my contacts fit or not and promptly ignored me. I asked if I could try them on inside the store which I was told I could try them on in the bathroom. Both pair of glasses have issues with them. One of the glasses has a line going thru my left eyeball and discoloration at the tops of both glasses where the antifog is supposed to work but doesn't. I paid almost $800 for both pairs yet can't get anything fixed. This was my first experience, nor will I be returning here. People I speak to say the same thing about Americas Best *********************************************** nothing but a bunch of crooks", well from where I am sitting, I unfortunately, must agree.

      It seems that a group of thieves has taken over America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses. I now understand why people take glasses off the shelves with prescriptions to avoid these crooks. I was told that an eye exam would cost $100 and an additional $30 to fill out an extremely short vision screening form. I was flabbergasted. Years ago, America's Best was a reputable establishment, but I don't know what has happened since then. I am thoroughly disgusted. My advice to others is to shop around if they tell you to go left, go right!America's Best Locations in ******************, **

      I had my eye exam and bought my glasses in March. It is now almost the end of June and I still don't have my glasses. I finally asked for a refund yesterday and they are telling me they could refund me for the glasses but not the eye exam?? Give me my money back so I can go get glasses somewhere else.

      Review for the ******************** location. The store manager *** ( ******) , is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went for an exam 2 months ago and they ordered me a tried pair of contacts, its been 2 months and I havent heard anything. The store is claiming that they called me over a month ago, but I never spoke to anybody . Why wouldnt you try to contact again? I should have know better, when I went in for the exam originally, he was also rude. I made a simple comment about how much the prices had changed in the past year and his snarky response was unnecessary and rude then. I should have walked away and not done business with them.Tried to talk to the manager and he kept cutting me off mid sentence and was argumentative and defensive. Told me he already knew what I was going to say when I asked him to let me finish my sentence. This is the worst Americas Best and I will not be returning. I want my money back on the contact exam since I didnt receive the contacts.
