      Review for the ******************** location. The store manager *** ( ******) , is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went for an exam 2 months ago and they ordered me a tried pair of contacts, its been 2 months and I havent heard anything. The store is claiming that they called me over a month ago, but I never spoke to anybody . Why wouldnt you try to contact again? I should have know better, when I went in for the exam originally, he was also rude. I made a simple comment about how much the prices had changed in the past year and his snarky response was unnecessary and rude then. I should have walked away and not done business with them.Tried to talk to the manager and he kept cutting me off mid sentence and was argumentative and defensive. Told me he already knew what I was going to say when I asked him to let me finish my sentence. This is the worst Americas Best and I will not be returning. I want my money back on the contact exam since I didnt receive the contacts.

      False Advertisement (Issue Number One)- Two pairs for $79.98. Ended up Spending Nearly $900.00 for the Two Pairs!!!!!!Faulty Eyeglasses (Issue Number Two)- Coating on Both Pairs Started Peeling. Only one months after purchase. Refused to Replace. Procrastination in **************** Headquarters. Contacted Them Almost 3-YEARS of agonizing discussions. Stated it was January 2024 when I first made contact. Lie. Offered 10% off Next Pair(s) as Final Resolution. Resolution not Accepted. Thus, Case Still Not Resolved. They Called it "Expiration of Warranty on The Eyeglasses." This is not a case of Expiration on the Warranty. This is a case of Refusing to "Replace Faulty Equipment in a Timely Manner! " - One months after purchase!SUMMARY: I will not ever recommend this company. Decisions are made at lower levels. Not acceptable. Not America's Best. It is America's Worse! Took almost $900 from me!!!!!

      Extremely unreliably services, pay the extra money for care elsewhere!It's been over a month since my contact lenses exam and they still haven't ordered lenses for my fitting trial.

      So I purchased a pair of glasses from Americas best located on ***************************************** in ************ sc and handles fell off on those,I had just purchase it so it was still under warranty and I was told by one of the technicians there that they couldnt be repaired. So I chose a another pair well when they finally came they ordered the wrong color, I was told by another technician that the color I chose and one that came had the same order number, so they took the sample one of the wall popped the lens from the new glasses and put it in the one from the wall. The glasses never worked properly they would adjust it and by the next week it be falling off my face again. I went to them 4 times for the same reason. They bent the handles and the nose bridge and then the store manager said if this doesnt work ask for me and I see what I can do. So it didnt work and I called customer care well that was a mistake she was rude she said that the glasses I chose wasnt for me and that they do a good job. She said that they had done remakes for me which wasnt true. She also said that the store manager would call me the next day, will that day hasnt come yet. I have share my experience with as many people as possible telling them not to spend their money there. Zero thats the rating, a big fat zero!!. My glasses are blurry in one position and like a magnifying glass in another always repositioning it. Just to be able to see

      HORRIBLE! I took my prescription to fill. The nose piece hurts, the right side of glasses behind the ear is very uncomfortable, but the worst I can't see while wearing the glasses. The vision is very blurry. I went back and the worker blamed it on the prescription. I regret not investigating before I went. I have glasses I can't use.

      Terrible customer service! I scheduled my appointment with them over a week ago. I showed up to my appointment today and they said that I had canceled. I did not cancel. They had filled the slot with someone else. They looked at me like I was the idiot for showing up to my appointment. They then said they would get the manager when I insisted that I get first dibs on the appointment time, since I did not cancel. They did not get the manager. I had to get her myself. She said that only I could cancel, that the employees did not know how to cancel an appointment. It was blatant lies. I ended up leaving and will not utilize their services. The customer service was a horrific experience and if I owned that company, I would clear house and start again with better employees.

      This morning I went in for a contact eye appointment. Everything was fine until the male eye doctor advise me that because I'm 40 my cornea was pointy where I had possible Keratoconus which I know about from my ex having that condition. He accused me of googling it and refused to give me my prescription because he wanted me to see a specialist and that he refers a ton of people to. I sat there arguing with him and knew flat out he was dead wrong! I went right down the street to my regular eye doctor from vision works who isn't in my insurance network but I didn't care and got my trials ordered just fine. When asking my regular eye doctor about this he said no I don't have any signs of this medical condition! So please people be aware of this scam to try and charge you through vision insurance and then medical insurance probably so he can get a kick back because he had a slew of cards in his desk! This is a Crack pot, joke, and scammy man giving you an eye exam who has no business saying you have an eye condition that you don't even have! Do NOT trust them at the Oracle/******* location in ******! This is insurance fraud!

      The system online is terrible, cannot place an order for months, wait for hours for customer service, went in person to the store one hour away and no one could place an order! I stopped working with them
