      There is no way this place stays in business. Avoid at all costs. It's run by idiots that depend on technology instead of customer service. Over three weeks in they insisted I had my glasses. Of course I didnt. You have choices--choose somewhere else.

      I was mistreated today I know that I had a pair of glasses they said that they were in the office and now for some reason they're not and they re-doctored the documents because I bought six pair of glasses and one of my frames I brought in already just for blue light and I'm still missing a pair of glasses and now they're banding together saying that they don't have glasses for me whenever I called on the 21st they said that they did and now they're saying that they don't. I spoke to corporate office and corporate office cuz I was so frazzled and frustrated from everything that's happened today they said that they don't owe me anything and I know that there was glasses in there cuz whenever I spoke to ***** or ****** and ****** they both said that I had glasses and then they would be there and now they're saying that they don't so I know they doctored the documents for my receipts because they're saying that I picked them up and I know for a fact that I didn't I'm so missing one pair of glasses.

      I have ordered glasses and used the Dr at Americas Best previously over the last 6 years. Never have I had a need for a bifocals lenses I received an email stating that there was a sale so I found glasses on the website.When I placed the prescription they gave me a few years back the online system charged me $20 dollars for bifocals lenses. The order also said I could renew my prescription with an online test. I felt the bifocal was a mistake said that the company should know from the last 6 pairs I purchased none of it was bifocals.After RENEWING my prescription I reached out to Customer FAILURE who first stated they could not refund the bifocals instead said for me to return the glasses for a corrected pair.. BTW I emailed them the same day the order was purchased which was also the same day I did the online renewal. I responded that this was not acceptable to which they have not replied. 2 days later I received an email stating my bifocals lenses were shipped.I believe there online system intentionally charged the fee without giving the buyer an option to reverse. Please be careful if you are purchasing online with Americas Worst.

      I will never do business with America's best again. Awful customer service, and horrible attitudes. I bought a pair of sunglasses from them and they were too wide across my face, they literally did not fit on my ears and fell off my face. The employees said they had been coming in like that lately and they could fix them with a hairdryer. It would work for 2 days and that's it. I kept going back in and asking for a refund or replacement, which they said they could not do (even though they acknowledged the error). They told me to just bring them in anytime for them to do their hairdryer fix. After about 6 times of this, I told them I needed a replacement because I could not come in there every 2 days. At this point, the snotty little young receptionist told me the glasses were too old, and she could try to fix them but if they broke there was nothing she could do. I told them that was horrible customer service, to which she replied "Yes Maam". I then sacastically told her what a great attitude she had and that I'd never do business there again and got the same "Yes Maam" reply!!Just an awful response in my opinion. If a company doesn't care about me, I'm certainly not going to do business with them! I expect they'll be out of business soon enough, as they should.

      It's been almost 2 weeks and still don't have my glasses, and all I'm being told is the shipment was lost, then it was remade and it still isn't in. It's plastic f****** lenses not anything difficult. 2 weeks for that is atrocious. Get your s*** together.

      ZERO STARS on the customer service at this location specifically. The employee by the name of ****** put the incorrect frame information when I purchased my RayBan frame. An employee by the name of *****, stole my Rayban frames that I purchased, and she switched them out with a different pair. This location has nothing but fraudulent employees, that needs to triple check their work and info being put into customers charts. This is very eminent because their job is to care for customers' visions, so this is a very "trusting" role. I have yet to get a response from the manager named ****. I had to go through h*** to explain to the employees/ manager that I didn't have the correct pair when I arrived to receive the prescription glasses I purchased. I already waited two weeks for my prescription glasses to be made. I was questioned about my purchase when I know what I bought. I have been with the eye care club for years and I haven't ever had this issue. So now I have to hope and pray that they put in my correct prescription, and don't do me bad by putting a wrong prescription in because they feel ill towards an issue I did not cause.

      I first started going here 3 years ago and they were great! A assistant at that time named **** was great! Since then they now have no eye dr and always messing something up. A lady I have brought a lady that I take care of in to get glasses. She ordered two pairs when they came back they were both the same pair of glasses one the sunglasses one were regular glasses but they were both the same pair after she had picked out two different pair, she said it was finding an older lady she didnt want to worry about it which I understand because shes 93 years old and it wears her out just to get out of the house. So that was the first mistake. Then I had had my glasses sent off to have the lenses replaced because they were scratched and I had had another pair of glasses that I turned into sunglasses. I got one fixed and then the other the lady tell me that she dont know what happened to him. The glasses just disappeared and then they found them and they have been off. This had been over two weeks ago and they just called me and told me that they were in two days ago, I am on the way to get them now but the girl working is telling me that she cant find them again so Im very unhappy and I will not be going back to this place ever after today they better hope they have my glasses !
