    This company is a scam. They sell you an automotive scanner $19.99 and then immediately charge you for their monthly $39 upsell fee without your authorization. They charged me twice in one day $39 and then $39. My bank rejected the charges, fortunately. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

    Like other complaints purchased unit and a week later get billed for ***** yearly service which was never disclosed in original purchase. Luckily I caught pending purchase and disputed charge on credit card. Today they tried to charge credit card again for ***** and was declined as my credit card is closed. Do not buy the fixd unit from these scammers.

    I order the ***** they signed me up for the subscription, i wrote back and told them i didn't want the subscription but they charge me $99.99 anyway. i tried to get in touch with them to tell them that i didn't order or want the subscription, they wrote back and said that they couldn't find any order . i kept writing to them and all they did was give me the run around. I want my money back.

    This is a scam I ordered the fixd from them in **. on July 6, 2024. I have yet to receive it and they keep attempting to take $100.00 out of my account. I did not authorize any more money to come out of my account accept the approx. $22.00 that they claim it cost to purchase. At this point I would prefer to receive either the product or my money back please. I hope that someone respond to me review. Thank you for allowing me to voice my opinion.

    The device is a scam to attempt to bleed you for $99.99 per year in hopes that you either will not notice or will not find a way to cancel.

    The Fixed diagnostic tool is ny far the best piece of equipment I have purchased is support of maintaining my vehicles! It gives peace of mind by showing the root caise of service lights, provides estimated repair codts, and the option to reset the service light! I encourage everyone to keep one on hand to avoid getting ripped off by your local repair shop!

    CROOKS! First of all. The stupid little sensor doesnt tell me a thing I didnt know already. If you have any automotive knowledge this is a total waste of money. Second, they know there product ***** and will attempt to steal $99.99 even if you cancel the trial days early. Myself and so many others have shared the same experience. They attempted to bill me twice and caused my card to be restricted. I then send an email to god knows who in the ** robot world. Got a dump polite Im sorry. As soon as I got my card unrestricted they charged my account AG**N! Its criminal and something needs done about it.

    WTF?? When I ordered it. No Problem! Have NOT, even hooked it up, even to / for the **** When Does, the FREE Trial ACTUALLY START?? IT SHOULD BE, When I First connect the Item!! What a WAIST, of MY OWN FUNDS!! ( Lessoned Learned!! DONT Trust any Advertisement!!

    SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Like many others I was also charged $99 for Premium membership after DECLINING when i purchased the device.How can anyone trust an device or app provided by these fraudsters.
