I am in receipt of your email to the Better Business Bureau.  I apologize for the stress this unwanted mail has caused you.

    Dear *****************,

We have receiv** your concerns via the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for taking the time to outline them.  It is not our desire to send mail to anyone who wishes not to receive it so first and foremost let me apologize for any concerns our mailing has caus** you. I will try to alleviate any concerns we may have caus** by addressing them below.

Distribution Processing Center provides mail services on behalf of commercial entities that market legitimate products and services to the general public. We mail for many insurance companies and agents. Our opt-out site was built to try to help consumers. We are not requir** to do this, but we built the site so that consumers could easily opt out of all mailings we do on behalf of our clients. We even go as far as providing them information to opt out of mailings nationally. The sole purpose of this site is maintaining a complete and comprehensive Do Not Mail list.

DPC does maintain a global do not mail list for any consumer wishing not to receive mail from ANY of OUR clients. We have opt** you out of our clients future mailings.  We DO NOT solicit customers by phone or email.

I hope that we have address** your concerns. We have opt-** you out of our future mailings as not to cause you any additional stress. If you wish to opt out of mail similar to this, it is best to use a national DNM registry such as DMAChoice (DMAChoice.org)

    Respectfully Submitt**,

This company sends you mail with lettering in red that imitates that of an overdue bill or something legitimate. The letter inside attempts to mimic tax forms by imitating the way dates are filled in with the last two numbers of the year and not filled in for the first two numbers, almost exactly like what you see on a Form ****. Clearly this business preys on elderly and/or vulnerable people receiving state benefits hoping to sell them extra, unwanted, and unneeded policies from external insurance organizations. This kind of tactic should be illegal and is absolutely immoral. The letter on the inside requests personal information about you/your spouse under the guise of being eligible for more benefits from your state of residence. This mail comes absolutely unsolicited; you have to manually go to them to opt out of this trash or add yourself to a federal do-not-mail list, hoping they abide by it!

Dear Mr **************** apologize for any inconvenience this unwanted mail has caused you. We will ensure that you get added to our Do Not Mail List.

DPC does maintain a global do not mail list for any consumer wishing not to receive mail from ANY of OUR clients. We will opt you out immediately. Many mailers look the same so it is important to note that opting out with us will only prevent our clients mailers from being mailed to you. Dear Mr. **************** have responded to your complaint and are disappointed that it does not meet your satisfaction.

You have been added to OUR Do Not Mail List effective April 13, 2023 and removed from OUR client's future mailings.  As ******************************* is also linked to the address you requested to be opted out on, I have also opted her out on our DNM List as well.

Our clients are not in the practice of mailing to customers who do not wish to receive their mailers, as it costs money.  Once a customer requests to be added to OUR Do Not Mail List or opt out online, this is done in a timely manner.
Many mailers look the same so it is important to note that opting out with us will only prevent our clients mailers from being mailed to you.It will not prevent you from receiving similar looking mailings from the hundreds of other companies mailing for such offers. They've sent me an explanation envelope with the words "Second Notice" in red ink clearly designed to stand out to create the appearance of an unpaid overdue bill. I find it annoying and intrusive as I pay my bills. Then they request on a form inside to get personal info on my family under the guise of a life insurance program. I didn't request this! This is exactly how they scam ******** beneficiaries into thinking they aren't getting all the benefits they are entitled to. I want my personal information removed from all mail and phone solicitations immediately.
