This is my second year using Coolray services and they have been great! Service members sent for regular maintenance or problems have been very professional and helpful! Coolray has been servicing my furnace for as long as I have had this furnace which is over 10 years! They are very professional and Ive never had a problem with my furnace. They are very respectful of my property and home,,wearing shoe covers and cleaning up after theyre done. They call you ***** minutes before their arrival and are always on time. **** was awesome during my insulation appointment! Super professional, friendly, and made everything really easy. Called about a technician coming out to install a new smart thermostat. When the technician arrived, they asked if I had an additional wire with the thermostat that might be needed, but was never told this on the phone when booking the appointment. Was told the thermostat could likely still be installed. Had issues because of wiring, and was made to feel like it was my fault that the technician didnt seem to understand how the smart thermostat app worked overall or other workarounds for the thermostat to be installed. Ultimately the requested service was not able to be provided because of wiring issues.Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a tune up scheduled they came out, however I wasnt impressed about the workmanship well over half the list wasnt completed but yet the tech checked it off as if it was done. I personally dont want that tech to come back out to my house, to me he didnt seem very knowledgeable of what he was doing. There where serval areas that needed to be checked but wasnt and these are considered critical areas in my book.Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning
