Bi-annual maintenance service on HVAC system went well. EZ scheduling. **** came on time. Thorough check/service completed in less than 90 ************ explained everything he did in EZ to understand terms and provided summary text of work plus photos.

Coolray has been servicing our units from the time we moved to ******* until now.We have been dealing with ***** ***** on planning for replacing two of the units in the coming years.***** came out to our home, took the time to show us multiple options, and answered all of our questions to satisfaction. He could not have been more professional about the planning and quoting stages. I highly recommend ***** if you need a quote and the differences in pricing and capabilities. He makes the process seem easy to understand, and his experience with the business also makes us trust him implicitly. If you have a need for an HVAC unit, or any work done. TOTAL RACKET: Cool *** said the blower needed to be replaced and quoted us $3700 to fix and over $6k to replace the unit. Called ****** and we determined it was the thermostat instead at a cost of $200. If zero stars could be given, it would be so.Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning

Nylah was great. Very efficient and thorough. Our appointment window was between 8-12 but her other appointments ran late, Coolray did a great job communicating with us and setting expectation about arrival timeframe. Excellent customer service , ****** was the best technician I ever had he was professionally and is the standard for technicians. He made me only want to do with this company cool-ray they or the leader in ******* , to future customers this is the one to get. You cannot lose with their customer service . Technicial had to make some post-install corrections after County inspection. Some minor air leaks needed sealing. ****** was excellent and knew what County Code called for. Too bad they had been overlooked by install crew. All tight now.Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning
