Very disappointed with Easy Care for taking my money for 2 years and declined to cover any repairs on my vehicle after it stopped working!!! Now I understand why most dealerships in my area dosen't do business with them because they say that they"don't like to pay" when you need them to! Scam artists!!!????????????????????

Awful, horrible customer service and clearly push hard on not approving covered components.I had to read the contract over and over with the customer service agent and have them contact the adjuster and have the manager call me so that I could get a part approved that was on the contract.Shady business, NOT renewing with them!EasyCare

I had an emergency with my vehicle leaking a large amount of oil when I was out of town. I had to get it to a shop on a Sunday to get it repaired. I did not have a copy of the warranty with me (who carries this around?). I got the repair done and they told me since it was not pre authorized, they would not reimburse me. Not even with an emergency would they help me out. This program is a complete was of money. Do yourself a favor and ********************** buying extended warranties. Nothing is ever covered even when you have the full coverage.EasyCare

1 starTerrible coverage!I have easy care wheel and tire coverage on my vehicle. We had damaged 2 of our wheels and they were damaged beyond repairs. Easy care refused to pay to replace them and gave me no options but to take it to a place to have them repaired. Two rim repair shops said they could not repair them so I had to buy 2 wheels to have my vehicle back on the road. I would not recommend Easycares products to anyone and I will let everyone I know considering their products not to purchase coverage with them!Review fromHaleigh M

1 starBought this insurance when I purchased my car. As of right now, it's been 4 weeks without a car and still no word on whether they will cover the repairs. They wouldn't even approve a rental or a loaner during this time and I have no way to and from work except for Uber rides. If I could give 0 out of 5, I would. 1 starWhile traveling cross country in November 2023, I requested Easy Care winch out service (covered by extended warranty contract) for my *** From 8 PM their agents continually stated they were actively pursuing a provider to winch out the *** At 8 AM the next morning their agent called and said they were cancelling my request for service, as they could not find anyone available to provide winch out service. The agent suggested we find a local provider and submit for reimbursement evaluation. Terrible service! They strung me out for 24 hours and then told me to find someone else to assist. Don't waste your money on their warranty contracts. They are unable or don't want to honor them.Review fromLa S

I have to say i am extremely disappointed with this company. We purchased this with our vehicle with our kids in mind with the intention of essentially having any and all ************, scuffs, rock chips, and scratches, etc, repaired prior to passing down to our children. We were told it would cover a variety of items both interior and exterior along with mechanical as well. We were 100% deceived and lied to. After submitting our claims, it turns out only one single dent was covered of the dozen plus items submitted. Not even worth the hassle they tried to put us through to even get that covered. It says no deductible but you are still required to cover any shop fees. None of this was disclosed to us by the sales person nor was made clear in the documentation we received. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone and if I could give them a ZERO STARS, i would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE COMPANY!!!EasyCare

1 starEasy Care takes advantage of veterans. Filed a claim that has been well documented with in coverage boundaries. They elected not to honor the claim. The dealership misdiagnosed an issue it is not on the customer. There is no integrity in this company stay away.
