      On Wednesday 07/24/2024 mycar broke down I called aaa at 720 pm and now it is 111 am and still waiting for a tow truck with no updates I call them several time and a k k they say they are waiting to assign a driver I am threw with aaa they are a rip off if they can't find a cheap driver they don't want to give service or not use aaa and save tour money

      I have been with AAA since 1987. I am cancelling my card after what happened yesterday. I placed an order for roadside service at 1:45pm. I waited until 3:15 to see where my tow driver was, AAA said they would be there in an hour and the reason they were behind was because summer is their busiest time. At 4:15 still no pick-up, called and they said it would be an hour. called again at 4:45pm and went to the supervisors supervisor they offered me keyless pickup but assured me they would be there in a hour. 5:45 called them again and talked to another supervisor and she said she would get someone out right away; I wondered what happened to all the drivers they ordered? I was over waiting for 4 hours so I cancelled the order. I can recommend AAA if you dont mind waiting for hours for a tow truck driver and never getting one .

      the auto club is an anachronistic business model that fails to upgrade with obvious technological advances made by **** , Lyft, etc. I called at 6:00 pm in a densely populated area for a battery jump. In addition to their own fleet, they outsource from local towing companies. I was told it would be 40 minutes. ... more than 13 hours later, help arrived. They failed at the basic service I have paid for over many years. I am unsatisfied with the company representative's response of "I don't know about car repairs".... isn't that their f'n job? I am embarrassed for them as a company, as a business model, and for taking people's money.

      Just like most of the other reviews been a platinum customer for years can't remember how many but hasn't had to use them much until now Was waiting 5 hours for a 15 mile tow home had to fine another way Not happy about the emergency service they said they provide I wasn't in very a good spot also maybe that's why they keep sending me life insurance stuff all the time

      I HAVE HAD THE WORST 3 ROADSIDE SERVICES. THEY TOOK 28HRS TO GO TO THE LOCATION OF MY ***. I STATED THAT MY *** WONT GO INTO NEUTRAL. THEY SENDS A TRUCK THAT CANT PULL THE *** OUT OF THE PARKING SPOT. MY *** SAT 6 DAYS CAUSE THERE IS NO ***** OR LIFT TRUCKS LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF *******. THEY DISPATCH 15 COMPANIES FOR THE CHEAPEST RATE. IF THE *** COMPANIES COMING 2HRS AWAY & ONLY MAKING $45-60 A ***. I WOULD NOT WASTE MY GAS EITHER. WE HAD TO PAY $200 CASH FOR THE COMPANY TRIPLE AAA REQUESTED BECAUSE TRIPLE AAA DISNT WANT TO PAY THEIR FEE FOR THE ***** TO COME LIFT THE *** FROM THE BACK & *** WASTE OF ************** JUST ADD ***ING TO YOUR INSURANCE.. TRIPLE AAA IS A RIP OFF WHY SELL POLICIES IN THE SOUTH IF YOU DONT HAVE *** SERVICE CONTRACTS IN THE SOUTHHORRRRRIBNBLEEEE SERVICE .. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING WITH THEM EVER AGAIN AFTER THIS YEAR IS UP

      I have been a AAA Plus member since 2006 and have rarely had to use the service. I needed it today and it failed miserably. They push you to use their automated system to request a tow service. I did and it advised my driver would be there at 11:24 pm or roughly 90 minutes from my request. 10 minutes prior to the arrival time I received a text advising the drivers is on his way and that I would receive an update on the arrival time. 30 minutes later I receive a text that *** with be here at 11:38 pm. The text arrive at 11:53 pm. I finally get through to an agent who advised the dispatcher has no update for me. As I speak, I am searching for another service provide. AAAs customer service is the worst I have texting my 65 year lifetime!

      AAA in the past was the best roadside assistance. But now it's turned into a scam to bilch elderly peoples out of their money

      This morning at approximately 3 am my daughter was driving from ******* to ******* so she could work todayher car breaks down. She calls AAA and waits 4 hours without a word back from them!!! After 2 hours she called again - no record of her first call!! Her friend came and got herher cars still sitting there! Im disgusted!!! Triple A is UNSAFE TO RELY ON!!! Unsafe!!! They should not have a business because they strand people - last time I had to use them it took 4 hours for a response! Thats one thingBUT DO NOT STRAND MY CHILD!!! I am officially done with AAA!

      Have had them for years never really used it maybe once or twice needed them today *********** and my tire busted on the curb. They do not change tires in traffic and they would tow the truck, but after 5 miles then I owe them money will not be renewing my membership.

      Must we award this terrible company any stars? One seems excessive for the total lack of service this company provides. Over 4 calls in 2 years I've waited in excess of 30 hours for services promised within 90 minutes each time. Each time, the first promised time is relatively reasonable (***** minutes). Then, with every update (automated-- no humans here, folks) it gets pushed out another ****** minutes. Next thing you know it's been 7 hours.So, you see, you WOULD go ahead and call a local service yourself if you knew how long you'd have to wait but they keep stringing you along saying someone is coming so you don't. You sit in the cold or the heat waiting and waiting. I'm convinced there is one service truck for all of *******. The last guy who came to give me a jump in ******** was coming from one in College Park!Do NOT waste your money and for God's sake don't include your kids on the plan. I'd hate to see teenagers waiting on the side of the road all night long.This company is a total fraud. They promise help and leave you stranded. Tell everyone you know.
