I was totally please with the service I received from 50 Floor. The sales person, ****, was very attentive and patient. The installers were equally patient and attentive. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We love our new carpet!! I would highly recommend 50 Floor for any type of flooring you might need. They bring the samples to you, which eliminates the hassle of going into showrooms. They are professional, efficient, and very responsive when contacted. We did get a second quote and it was almost double the quote of 50 Floor!50 Floor

After only 3 years of their floors and they are coming apart and coming up!!! I have not used anything on them to clean them other than what they advised me I could use! I have reached out time and time again and they refuse to help or do anything! I am a single mom and used my hard earn money up front no financing only to now need floors again! I hate this place! There jobs and customer SUCK!! Everyone I know and I know too many people I tell them and show them the **** pore job this company did! This place was terrible from installation to after needing help and questioned answered!! DO NOT USE THEM! Please reach out to me on IG or Tiktok! Thanks50 Floor

It was a good experience from the in home consultation to the installation. All involved were professional, on time completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up impeccably afterward. Definitely recommend 50 floor50 Floor
