The team who installed the floors were very kind. However, there were a few hiccups. When they arrived, the team thought the job was a lot less than what we had agreed upon. They were worried they wouldnt have enough flooring. They asked for my receipt because they didnt have it. Then they got it approved by the boss to move forward. The install ran later into the evening, and the team seemed rushed at the end. The gentlemen kept apologizing, but we were expecting a full day install anyway. Some of the moulding around the baseboards had marks from the install (lots of imperfections with the trim), but the floors are beautiful! Overall, we are pleased with 50 Floor.50 Floor

We chose them over Empire Today, and it was a mistake.I would have given them 0 starts. But the 2 stars are for the great work done by the folks who install the floors. They are quick and efficient and good at their job.When we are choosing our floors we told the sales **** ****** very clearly as to what we wish. And he showed us a few options. We didnt like any, and wanted to move on.so he made us choose one. He showed some pics in their app that looked good. But he showed only the lighter shades, and he sweet talked us into it. The floor guys showed us the lighter shades as well. And when they installed it had a much darker second shade. We called them to change and now they say itll take 4-5 days to send someone to choose something else. And then another couple of weeks to get the order and then one more week to get it installed. ***** had told that they will change it immediately if we didnt like it. But it wasnt that way and it would take about a month. We got kids and cant stay in a room for an entire month.Basically if you plan go with them, do so only if you like the floor. Just STAY AWAY FROM *****. Dont listen to him. Please dont let the sales rep convince you that something will look good. It wont if you dont think so.Changing later isnt an option either, though they say so, and specially if you are living in the house.Now I got to live with the floor till we have the money to replace it. And next time its empire today for sure.50 Floor
