On nov 21, 2023 I received a loan for 4800$ an i was set to pay them back 5800$ for my car an my first payment was scheduled for the next month of 750$ on the 21th an i miss it, but spoke with them about the timing an agreed to pay them on jan 5,2024 an i did of ***** bring my total down to 4800$, that thousand covered that payment an the 250$ suppose to have went towards my next payment or the total bill in all but it didnt, my payment for the month of ******* was 280$, ***** spoke with the black lady about that month bill that was do, we spoke about everything an what i paid extra an what it went towards, i was told my account still read 4800$ i have the receipt, now February 21th my payment was the same an i spoke with a white lady about coming in to pay her cause i work outta town an that while i was outta town i had a accident claim on the phone from a tree an that there name would be on the check to get the damage repaired cause i told my insurance claim folks i had a second part lean on the car so they put there name on it as well as mines but sent the check to my to make sure the damage get fix instead of total, i came to there office to pay them my last month bill an to get the check sign to fix my car but she refused to sign or allow me to pay them what i owe, she told me i owe more money then i was told an that she would take the whole check even though this check that was sent to me wasnt a total car situation but a refix situation an then she would close my account with themBusiness Response

I want whomever to replace my 'Outback Steakhouse gift card, it's between 'West Coast Recovery' which is the tow company that towed my car. I am a case manager for a non-profit that is trying to pay off my client's title loan. In order to do so, we are requesting a W9. The business is refusing to provide the W9 without providing an explanation. When asked for an explanation as to why they would not provide the W9, the representative simply stated "We cannot provide a W9. We will not give you what you want". My concern is they would rather take advantage of my client and take his car away, than have the entire loan balance paid off.Business Response

Company is a rip off. 12/25/23 said I owed $2,085.90. I looked online to see how much I owed and the date for my next payment is 02/05/2024 for the amount of $2,046.92. I have been getting loans with this company for several years faithfully. Usually, I pay or even OVER pay on my loans the night BEFORE my payment is due. My minimum payment is $158 which was due 1/5/24 and I paid $300 1/4/24 at 11 pm. The next morning they charged me for the minimum even though I had already made my payment. I called and was told by ****** that I was supposed to disable my payment even though THAT HAS NEVER been the procedure in the past 2-3 years I have gotten loans with them. Now they have ruined my livelihood and I dont have the money to pay for my parent's medications this month. If my parents die due to me not having money to pay for their medication I will *** this company. Reaching out to the attorney general. The Alabama Loans Title has been very unprofessional, and changing the loan contract that I have initially done for $3000. I have paid $5385.45 and still showing over $2,000 balance.I have done an agreement on paying it off early, but I was told that the manager has quit and they will no longer honor the agreement. I have been harassed, threatened to take my vehicle away, also they change the contract and ask me that I have to sign it so they can take more money out of me. I went and got a car title loan for $3,728 on 8/3/2023. My payments are $387 every two weeks and I have paid on time never missed a payment and I called on 10/31/23 and asked what my pay off was and she told me ******** so I thought if I continued to pay until December it would have gone down lower so I call once again and ask what my pay off is in December and she stated ******** so I asked why it has gone up if I have never missed a payment she had no explanation only that most of my payments went towards my interest not my principal and if I would made more payments it would have went down but on some of my receipt's some show no money towards my interest nor principle and some do and I called again and asked her all she stated was on those payments they tried helping me and putting some towards those two, so I have made in a total of ***** and have not made the payment for December because I feel like I am getting no where with this loan and they are taking so much money from meBusiness Response
