      On November 24 there was a change on my credit report I seen that there was a loan taken out of my name. I never once apply for a loan for this company I never heard of it either Im confuse on how you guys got my information and thought it was okay to put a $900 loan that I didnt apply for I disputed the account and try calling the number nobody answer. If this how you guys run your business you deserve to get your business shut down

      This company is this place is a complete ripoff they said that if you make a payment payment does not go towards the balance and now saying it goes towards the fees so if you pay it out early then you pretty much lose the money you already paid because it does not go towards the actual balance. I want to pay out early but the payment is so not good they really have the nerve to say that what I paid does not go towards the loan and if ******** early that is just that but the money I already paid well then why pay early then!!!

      These people are crooks you ought to shut these people down. They lie about how much money you owe they lie about how much money goes where. God forbid you be late because they they take **** near all or ur payment for late fees $20 $50however much they feel that day.

      Hi. my name is ****************************. I made a Title Loan on my 2006 *** 525i, in the month of Dec 2022 for ******. I had made around ****** in payments, then my father, in June 2023, fell off a 12 ft ladder in his and my mothers home, and had to be picked up by ambulance and brought to ******** hospital in *********, **. we found out that he had broken 7 bones in his pelvis, and a broken wrist. My mother, my sister, and myself, would then continue to be with him during the next 4 months of hospital, therapy and a nursing home, where he was put to recieve the therapy in order to walk again. My father was moved the different places because he got *********, neumonia, stomach virus, we found out he had septic through his body, he had a virus on the leads to his pacemaker, they had to do surgery to put a new one in, it was horrible. My mother, sister, and myself lived at the facilities were he was staying at the times of the different places he was at to feed him what we could, because it got to the point that he wouldn't eat anymore, until we took him home because my mother wanted him home, we would then try everything we could to get my father well again, well he just stopped eating, ******* came in and a month later he would die, which was 9 days ago, Sept 22, 2023, my father was 78 years old. During all of this going on, I missed 2 payments on my tile loan, and they came and repoed my car. when the man came, he promised that he wouldn't charge me, all I had to do was pay the money I was behind on my car, when I went to get my car I had to pay 750 to get my car back. Then the title place said I still owed 500 still, So I made a payment of 200 last month, they told me my balance. was 312 so I go to make a payment for 200 today, and they said that after my payment for 200 today, my balance was ******. I feel that I am getting ripped off and need help, I have made a total of around ****, and still owe 450, please help...I asked them to please help, and they wont.....

      Paid off title loan in August 2023 it is October 30th and still have yet to received my title . Went to the branch and the manager they had at the time said my title was lost , it never reached the dmv to put a lien on my vehicle and he was sorry and was going to fix it . I have been calling the whole month of October for a manager to call me back ****** keeps saying they dont have manager but her area manager will call and no one has reached out to me . They blow your phone up for a payment but cant return calls about my title they lost .

      I got a title loan from this location. On 09/21/2023 the loan was paid off in FULL. The title was supposed to be mailed back 72 hours later. Today is now 10/11/2023 & my title is STILL sitting in this location UNSENT. I've spoken to several employees at this location on several different occasions & this has still not been taken care of. This is the shadiest, most POORLY run business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Additionally, after speaking to the employee at the location today she couldn't have been any more disrespectful, stated that they "were too busy to deal with this right now" and that if I "needed to get the police involved go ahead and do it" Absolutely the most ridiculous customer service in the entire industry. My title needs to be mailed out TODAY, NO EXCUSES. & I'll be following up with the state of *********** ************************* this business needs to be permanently shut down if this is how they conduct business.

      I am rejecting this response because: After reaching out to a different location and BEGGING to speak to somebody we finally spoke with the area manager.. who provided me a tracking number and FINALLY sent it but we STILL have not received as of 10/26/2023. At this point the ********* attorney generals office will take it from here. Not sure how hands on you guys are with this portion of your company,  but somebody need to step up and do the right thing. Its a disgrace the way your company conducts business and EVEN worse the way they treat consumers. DO BETTER. Full disclosure, I shared the recorded calls and correspondence prior to this with the local news station + AGs office, so any further communication can go through the AGs office.

      The lady that gave me the title loan her name is *** and she is always there at the front desk by herself. I've been paying on my title loan since I got it and she has refused to give me any receipts every time I go in to pay. She says that she's not allowed to give receipts. My title loan is almost paid off on my ****** quest van and she has put it up for repo. She says that she can do what she wants since I don't have any receipts to prove that Ive been paying on it each month. Her boss won't do anything about it and it's now up for repo. The *********** address is where I get my mail and ************************************************************************* ** is where I'm now staying. I do go to the *********** address to see my mom everyday and get my mail. I don't know what to do about this problem I've been paying my loan every month on time and now it's up for repo.

      This company has on several occasions taken money out of my account unapproved for a loan I received from them I have paid on several occasions I went to pay off the loan and they gave me the wrong one and wanted me to pay fees for them to get the in correct title back and informed me they could just file for title to them without me. All I want is my titles being that I paid them off in full

      Have been a customer with ******** ******************************************* for almost 10 years. Had a payment coming due on 9/20/2023. Called them MONDAY 9/18/2023 at 10:17am totally them I would not have payment untill Sat 9/23/2023 and money would not be in account until then. ON A RECORDED LINE she said no problem we got it and adjusted the date.. 9/20/2023. The payment was taken out anyway forcing my account into the negative. I called and spoke to the SAME PERSON who answered Monday. Saying she DID NOT SAY THAT but would relay a message. But the notes were in the computer of this agreement SHE CONFIRMED COMPUTER NOTES..... I am requesting the 9/18/2023 phone conversation at 10:17am to ******** title loans on 5th st in ****************** ******** to be reviewed and listened to ,as we BOTH agreed to a verbal agreement that was recorded for documentation 1) I have worked with this branch before and never had an issue before adjust a day or 2 to make the payment work 2) if there was a problem with this , this should have been discussed or brought to my attention as I should have been contacted that they were NOT going to uphold said commitment and made other arrangements. 3) on a recorded line, the lady (NOT **** the other new lady) said that it was entered and I am good to go.This caused me to have to call my bank and make arrangements to try to stop this from going through and accumulate late fees, WHICH WAS THE PURPOSE OF MY PHONE ARRANGEMENTS ON MONDAY9/18 I requested to speak to a district or regional manager and was told they would get in touch with me, as I called TODAY 9/20 at 9:47am about this issue. No ohone call has been received, and the corporate office call box is full and can't leave a message....How convenient.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against ***** Title Loans regarding a highly unprofessional and rude encounter I had at their ***** location at *******************************************************************. The incident occurred in August and involved an employee named *******, who displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and an inflated sense of self-importance.During a phone call a couple of weeks ago, I called to make a payment on my husband's account, admittedly pretending to be him. Instead of handling the situation in a professional manner, ******* unprofessionally called me out and refused to accept the payment. It is important to note that my intention was to assist my husband, not to cause any harm. Despite this, I decided to let it go at the time.However, today, when my husband visited the ***** location in person to make the payment, ******* made a snarky comment along the lines of, "It's nice of your girlfriend to try to make the payment for you, but since she pretended to be you, I could press charges for fraud." This comment was completely uncalled for and inappropriate.Throughout both encounters, *******'s behavior was consistently unprofessional, snarky, and rude. It is evident that she takes her job far too seriously and lacks the necessary customer service skills. I am deeply disappointed by her conduct and believe it reflects poorly on ***** Title Loans as a company.I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address the unprofessional behavior exhibited by ******* at the ***** location of ***** Title Loans. Customers should be treated with respect and professionalism at all times, regardless of the circumstances.Thank you for your attention to this complaint.
