Products are ok but warranty is terrible. I bought a cover 3 years ago for my outdoor sectional sofa. Everything was ok until few weeks ago: the cover started to smell awful even though I took care of it as instructed by CoverAndAll (soft brush, clean water, sun dry). I took pictures of it, had the receipt and threw the thing away because of the terrible smell. **************** refused to replace the cover saying it was my fault. They offered me 60$ initially of in store credit then 150$ after many emails, but nothing more. They even reproached me to have thrown away the cover! If youre ready to spend more than 400 CA$ on a sofa cover without any warranty, go with CoverAndAll! Im very disappointed. I refused the 150$ and will never buy from them again.Covers & All

Shocked. Defective covers for furniture - clear plastic furniture covers arrived with plastic fused together. When I attempted to replace them ($250 value) left for a week in limbo with customer service unwilling to deal with it. Left until original rep returned to work (in *****!) I'm now going to Canadian Tire and will leave it a write-off.Covers & All

Covers&All do not stand behind their products.... Response from them inadequate on my ordered item which had chemical reaction to material they supplied. There are other companies that offer specially made to fit covers. Do your research and avoid this sweat shop.Covers & All

Worse company ever. We have placed our order for a tarp and we ordered the wrong size. We noticed our error within 1 hour after receiving their confirmation email and within 24 hours of placing the order. We were told that they could not change our measurements. Although we were very dissatisfied with their lack of understanding and willingness to change the measurements, we went ahead and placed another order with the correct measurements. They informed us at that time that the order would come separately. The first tarp came (the incorrect one) and we waited for the 2nd one. It did not come. When we called them, they tried to tell us that that both tarps were sent together but they were not. They requested pictures and a video to show the one we received as they were claiming they sent the one with the correct measurements. As requested, we sent the pictures and videos. They somehow are still trying to claim they sent the correct one. At this point, I'm just looking for 2 tarps as we have paid for 2. We are getting nothing but a run around from them. 2 payments - 1 product! Horrible service. If I would have read the reviews first, I wouldn't have purchased from them. Do yourself a favour, and do not buy from them.Covers & All

I attempted to get ordering information through live chats but the clarification responses about what I wanted were incorrect. I ended up placing an order without help. But, once I did so, I realized I made a mistake. Live chats attempted but unsuccessful. Telephone calls made but unsuccessful. No one would give me a confirmation # or tell me their name for proof of conversation and requests. I sent emails and received seemingly generic responses that didnt address my issues accurately. I was sent invoices that were incorrect. On one invoice they actually added an item that I didnt order. 3 male representatives kept repeating that I was given store credit, that I needed to stop talking so they could explain!! However they were NOT listening to me!!! I did not want store credit! They said when you order on line its normal to hold your money and they rationalized they were holding my funds as store credit in order to complete my order. But I was already charged on my credit card!!! The changes I made on my order didnt even match the 3 different invoices (that I literally had to pull teeth to receive). I tried to find my order through an account I opened but it kept declining my password which I had to correct several times without success. I asked why I was unable to track my order but was told You cannot track an order that hasnt been delivered. It was extremely difficult and frustrating to communicate with this company which provided inconsistent information. The company claims to operate in the *** and claims to have a Canadian site. However, that is not 100% accurate. After researching, I learned that their advertising is fraudulent as they actually are located in *****. I am fine with business in other countries, but please do not misrepresent yourself as a North ***************** If you do then practice North American standards of practice. I cancelled my order. We just received our order and we couldnt be happier. We sent the dimensions and pictures of our patio chair cushions . We ordered 4 sets and they fit like a glove. Area stores were selling the cushions for $75-100.00 per set. We paid much less than that and got the colors we wanted. The material is amazing and we received our order within two weeks. The color and workmanship is just as pictured. Cant wait to put them out and use them. Great job !!! Will order again!!Covers & All

Worst company ever to deal with. We purchased covers for our new water softener. They were supposed to be custom made. They got the measurements wrong and the cover to our salt tank does not fit. I have called the company multiple times and they say they will get back to me but do not. . I just want them to make a usable cover for my salt tank. They wanted me to order again and give me a ***** credit on a ****** cover when it was their mistake.. Do not buy from them.Covers & All
