I would recommend Allens Automotive Appraisal without any hesitation. Their customer service is superb and they take the time to explain the process to you. ***** and his team were able to get me a settlement much higher than what my insurance company tried to give me initially. I am very grateful to them. I would highly recommend them

***** gave an honest assessment of the situation and told me if I did not get more from the claim than his service fee, he would refund the money. We gave it a go and were still denied by insurance after a few attempts to push back, so ***** refunded the fee, as promised. A lot of people would try to weasel out of something like that, but not *****. Very smooth experience.Allen's Automotive Appraisal, LLC

I highly recommend ********************* and his team for your appraisal needs. ***** was recommended to me by Driven Collision for my Tesla and prior to this I didn't even know DV was a thing. Of course insurance had never mentioned this as an option. ***** provided a timely appraisal, email templates and guided me along the whole process. He was diligent and detailed in his replies. ***** was instrumental in negotiating with the insurance appraiser to get me a payout beyond what I would have anticipated possible. He helped me get a fair compensation for the diminished value of my vehicle after an accident. USAA originally offered me a very low amount, but ***** managed to increase it by ******%! ******* Automotive Appraisal is hands down the best appraisal company to work with. He is very knowledgeable and provides a very clear expectation.Being a newbie to diminished area, he helped me understanding the whole process. I was very confused with a lot of appraisers, but I am happy I choose ***** as my independent appraiser, and would recommend to all people who are looking for appraisers.Though my insurance says "you in good hands" but they gave a really low ball offer for diminished value, ***** handles it all very professionally, and without any email back and forth with my auto insurance he able to get almost 3 times more value which was initially offered by my Auto Insurance.A Big Shout-out for ***** and his team to manage my case so professionally!! ***** exceeded expectations tremendously. I came to him with a quote I felt was too low and he told me he could do 2-3 times better. To my surprise he exceeded even that. I just wanted to share how amazing ***** and everybody at Allens Appraisals are at going to bat for you even when it looks like everyone else is against you. I was not at fault in the accident I was in and yet it took months to get the repair completed, I really wasnt sure what ***** could get me and didnt really know anything about diminished value, except from what Id heard in the ************* *************** His report was very thorough and even though they didnt agree, he negotiated on my behalf again and again and we finally reached a satisfactory settlement. It was more that I knew to even dream about. I could never have done this alone and they are worth their fees 10 times over. Run, do not walk to Allens Appraisals if youve been in an accident. ***** and his team really helped us in this situation. I was involved in an accident which ended up totaling out my car and my insurance didnt offer me a fair or reasonable settlement offer. I was referred to ***** through a friend and once we contacted him, him and his team went hard to work. They negotiated with my insurance for me and got me quite a bit more money. Around $2,400 more than what my insurance originally wanted to pay me. Theres no way I wouldve been able to have had enough money to replace my car without his help and because of everything that they did for me I was able to buy a replacement car.If youre on the fence about whether or not to hire them, take the leap of faith. I highly recommend them. You have nothing to lose and everything to game. Im so glad that I did.Allen's Automotive Appraisal, LLC
