Engaging with ********************* of ******* Automotive Appraisal was THE best decision I have taken recently.My almost new - Less than 8 month old Audi Q7 was totaled by someone who jumped a red light. The initial settlement offers from both my insurance and the at-fault party's insurance was ridiculously low. The amounts being offered would have forced me to either downgrade or buy a car which would have been two model years older.I am happy that I engaged with ************** who helped me navigate the entire process and negotiated with the Insurance Company's appraiser. When my brand new 2023 *** 430i convertible with only eight months of use was rear ended at a red traffic light, even though it was just a minor impact, I knew I was also taking a hit in my pocket as the car would lose value. I was lucky that I found the best body shop in ******* to get it repaired and that my insurance approved OEM parts, but I also got very lucky that the shop employee taking care of my car recommended me the services of ********************* to help me with the claim for diminished value. ***** was really a blessing, he guided me through the whole process, which was not complicated at all since he told me all I needed to do at each stage of the process. And I went from a first offer from the insurance company of just $3,500.00 to $11,750.00, so more than three times the original offer. ***** and team made me $2500 for an investment of $400. Thats greater than a 6X return on my money. Iam a financial guy and returns like that are rare. When I researched determining Dimished Value I found a lot of junk and insurance company misinformation. It is in their interest to feed you garbage so yo accept their low ball payment. ********************* of Allens Automotive Appraisal is the real deal! While traveling on the interstate, a driver made an "improper lane change" and side-swiped my vehicle. The damage was approximately $10,000 and the repair shop kept my vehicle for six weeks. My insurance company shockingly said there was NO diminished value to my vehicle, which was unreasonable and insulting. So, I reached out to ********************* for guidance. ***** was knowledgeable, persistent, efficient, and a straight-shooter who walked me through each & every step of the process. Also, he was very responsive and he provided quick turnaround for gathering information & creating detailed appraisal reports. As a result, I received a DV settlement for over $$$$$.
