I am a newer client of HIBU. I was fairly skeptical about everything that my account manager (*****************) was telling me HIBU could do for my business. *** called my bluff by offering me a list of his clients. I took a few hours and called just about every person on this list, however I soon realized that I had made my mind up within the first few phone calls. My skepticism was completely unnecessary. The return on my initial investment has paid off ten-fold and I am truly looking forward to a continuous and profitable business relationship with *** and HIBU.

An ABSOLUTE SCAM! STAY AWAY. Liars, money threats and the marketing is a JOKE! If it was true worth it, I'd *** them. they prey on small businesses... I WILL NEVER pay them a red cent, that they claim I "owe them" I have NEVER CONSENTED TO A CONTRACT renewal of any sorts. They'd never be able to prove it, they think they can get away with it but jokes on them.

An absolutely disgusting business that should not exist. If I can give you three pointers, it'll be first. If you want to lose money, sign with them. Second, even if you don't sign with them, they will steal your money from whatever payment that you use before and then claim they're justified. Third, if you want to be lied to treat it rudely then you found a perfect business. I initially signed up for service with them because I wanted a product that they told me they could deliver. Not only did they agree that the product they promise me was not what I was charged for, but they wouldn't refund my money even though they lied to me. They were also going to continue to charge me because I started to pay them and even though I didn't sign a contract for the 6-month term, but because I started to pay then I should have known that it was 6 months. On top of that, when they agreed that there was a problem they said they were going to take care of it. A year later they started charging me again and they said they were only able to put it on hold for 6 months but they made an exception and did it for nine and then randomly just started charging a business card. Then you try to reason with them they will tell you that yes we could not get you to sign the contract but you paid some money for services that basically means you agree to the six months. They also don't understand business. If I needed someone to deliver a service they should be figuring out how they can get money from me to deliver the service that I need. But the problem is out of those 6 months, I may have gotten one customer from them so they will just try to steal your money because they can't deliver anything to justify you staying with them longer. I'm sure at one point there was somebody at the company that actually cared about their customers and wanted to deliver a product that is needed but you can never get a hold of them so I wonder if they even exist

We looked into Hibu starting in November of 2022. A sales rep had come to visit our office and we really liked what we were told. We signed up with them, with a 6 month contract, in November of2022 and made our first payment to them in that same month. We didn't go live with them until January of 2023, but we made a payment in December *********************************************** January 2023, our price went up as we finally went live, but the issues started to come afterwards. Our visibility was now *lower* with Hibu than with our previous company, so we decided to give it another month or so. March rolls around and we are deader than ever, which is not normal for us, so we bump up our budget by about $1500, through a verbal confirmation in a monthly meeting. What we weren't told is that by bumping the budget up, we would be *renewing* the six month contract. No one said anything in the meeting and the new statement we got in March, after that meeting, on the 10th, said that we had 3 months remaining in our contract. By *****, we were becoming dissatisfied with the service, and our contract was going to be up in June. So when we were asked if we wanted to renew in May/June, we said no. We asked for confirmation on our end date, we have YET to receive that. We have reached out multiple times to not only our sale rep, but our account manager and their manager, and we still haven't received what we've asked for. We called last week, and we were told by **************** that our contract was renewed in March, but we have NOTHING that confirms that, including our monthly statements. We haven't received any email telling us how to end our services, or outlining any of the next steps, like we have been asking for. Our contract, according to all of our documents, should have been completed no later than June 22nd. It is now 8/15, and we have no word from them as to when they will stop charging us. They did not even tell us to contact Client Success to end this contract

this company has found a way to scam people and not go to jail. signed 6 month contract and received nothing useful. After 3 months tried to cancel but was told I signed a 6 month contract even though they broke the contract by not doing what they said they would do. I am being held hoastage and will have pay for 3 more months to get rid of the scammers. I cannot believe they have a a+ rating with bbb

I feel like I was scammed! I was promised that hiring them would produce leads and they would promote my business. I was told to stop all advertising and they would do all the work. After 2 months I never received 1 lead from them. When I called ******* ************** was told that there wasnt enough data and I needed to wait. Then they told me how many clicks my webpage received. Clicks arent making me money!! I called to cancel only to be told a manager would be in touch with me within 24 hours. Four days and nothing. I called back to be told that a manager would be in touch with me by end of day.. still nothing!! Two months my business slowed down because I was told to stop advertising and they produced nothing. I went back to my own advertising and with 2 days I had leads and sales. This company is a scam and should be shut down!!!
