      Total scam of a company. As a new business, we tried them out and they have lied and produced no business. Even their reports show they are failing us. We upgraded and werent told that you can downgrade and that were apparently under contract. Weve been paying them weekly and now theyre sending us to collections. They have also high jacked our ****** business page as well as ******** page. We are desperate to get as far away from them as possible. Please someone help us!

      I’m so please that I partnered with Hibu and Julie Barnes. I love my website and what they have done for my business. It has paid for itself for the year after 2 months. Julie goes beyond in customer service. I recommend any business wanting to grow their business to call Julie and Hibu.

      Hibu is unequivocally the worst marketing company for many reasons. Firstly, DO NOT HIRE THEM, you will regret it. Secondly, do not hire them.

      They do not understand marketing. They are a sales team that subs all of the work to VA's in different parts of the world. The sales team we had (David Miller, Bob Chamberlain, and Donald Bergman) are incredibly dishonest and do not understand the product that they are selling. Their fix to everything was spend another $2500-$5000. They can't answer any questions about marketing, it was always let me check and get back to you.

      Thirdly, they ignored my request to cancel their services and they billed us for over ten thousand dollars. When I filed a complaint with the billing team, they refused to refund the money, when we received no service for the money that they billed us for. This is a very dishonest company with no moral compass. As a small business it really hurts to have money stolen from you which is why I am sharing this feedback for the public.

      Although I could go on and on, the moral of the story is do not hire this company. Please heed my warning and save your hard earned money. Look at reviews before you buy, even if they are referred to you.

      HIBU is the worst marketing company I have ever hired. They have people that can't spell or use proper grammar to build your ads. When I tried to cancel after my contract they ended up re-billing me 6 months later. The 6 months I was with them, their ads never gave me a single client. Not worth your money!

      A Breath of Fresh Hair in Fair Oaks Califiornia

      Hibu Marketing and my consultant Josh literally changed the trajectory of my life. As a hairdresser with nearly four decades of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, I had painstakingly built a flourishing business with a loyal clientele. Unavoidable circumstances led to a relocation 2.5 hours away, resulting in a grueling commute that was unsustainable. I am in the twilight of my career and starting over did not seem possible, but I had to do it. I opened a small Salon and waited for customers. When little happened, my sister suggested I hire HIBU. Once I teamed up with Josh, the outcome was nothing short of phenomenal. It took some time, but I am getting multiple calls for bookings daily. The aim was to generate enough clients within a year to end the commute, and we achieved more. I have a thriving salon nearby and am part of an engaging local community.

Our goal was to get enough clients to stop the commute within one year. Not only will that happen, but I have been able to build a thriving business within walking distance from my home.       DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. They get you to sign and make you jump through hoops to get out of it.
      I own beauty salon and supply business. I wanted them to promote one location and help get me new stylists. I should have know from the beginning there was an issue when they did the website for the wrong location. They have highjacked my phone numbers and now clients call the wrong location.
      They are basically just sending me recordings of my existing customers phone calls. When I listen to them some customers seem annoyed because it now takes longer to get someone on the phone.
      Have not seen or had one new customer that I can credit them for after 6+ months.
      Brenda did stay in contact but always wanted to sell me more. Doesn't text since I have been trying to cancel.

The Tracking number has been moved from the ******** location to the ****** location as requested during your consultation. Credit has been issued to your account for this error. Even though the tracking number was placed on the incorrect location all calls to all locations were directed to the correct locations. In the last 30 days you have received over 100 calls. I do not show that you have called to request cancelation. If you are still wanting to cancel the number of our Client Success team is ************.

      We’ve been stuck in a 6 month contract. Paid over $10K and got totally scammed!!! They didn’t even have our right phone number listed for our listing. We didn’t get any phone calls, so we looked up our ad and clicked on the number and it was wrong!! Called and confronted Hibu and they told us there was nothing they can do. Been trying to cancel after contract was up and already got charged an extra month. Hopefully we can get this off soon cause it’s charging us $1350 a month for nothing. Just looked up their business and found this. Wish I would have know this before!! I wish we could get all our money back. But don’t know what to do!!

      Working directly with Samantha @ Hibu is what moved me to convert my marketing dollars into Hibu. As a small business owner, it is so hard to trust the industry of marketing because of the disconnect that can come with technology companies that cannot relate to small business needs. Samantha has 100% given our business the hometown business to business service with the technology of a much larger offering by doing what she said she would do and Hibu has always stepped up to everything she said they would do as well. Love the analytics! Excellent experience and equally important - EXCELLENT results!!! We love our strategy with Hibu and highly recommend you work with Samantha!

      Buyer, PLEASE beware. HIBU is a scam company. They charge thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing. They produce no leads, they are incompetent. They have ads out there with misspellings, incorrect punctuation, and product description that doesn't match the product. They put no thought or creativity into ads. They use a standard template that a child could use. I give it to the sales guys, they could sell ice in a snowstorm, but that is the only thing they sell- a dream.

      It has been a nightmare working with this company. I am embarrassed I didn't read the reviews before we purchased. They don't care about the client, they have a process for unhappy customers and it is to pass to someone else to start the grueling process of incompetence all over again. Take Heed!!

      Worst Decision Ever

      Summary: Terrible/No Results, Tricked into contract extension

      Agreed to 6 months and around $1,000 per month. After about a month, I was very unhappy with the results. My manger said we could change things around and that it would NOT increase my monthly spend / contract timeline.
      6 months go by, and I get an email about months 7 and 8. I immediately call my manger, and she says that it’s a mistake, not an issue, and that she would handle it… Weeks later, I receive my billing info for months 7 and 8, and she’s no where to be found. The claims person I talked to raised her voice at me, continuously interrupted me, LIED TO ME, and after I called her out on it, she realized she was wrong and HUNG UP ON ME.

      Results are a whole different story. Not sure what that truly did with my money, but they didn’t use it towards ad spend on FB or Instagram.

      I had them copy my exact ads that I had been using for months (picture, caption, FB/IG channels, etc)

      When I used FB/IG on my own:
      $5 would average around 10-15 clicks, 2 sales, another 2 abandoned checkouts.
      When Hibu used the same ads:
      $20+ daily would get me around 5 “clicks”, 0 sales, 0 abandoned checkouts. No reason for me to believe these “clicks” were even real.
      Note: these numbers above are Not exact, but fairly similar to the results I saw. I can confidently say $5 on my own could outperform $1000 from Hibu. Sounds crazy right?
