      Hibu Cold called us in March of 2022 for seo and online marketing. After 6 months of working with them for SEO they could not generate one phone call or online lead form so we cancelled with them. Upon cancellation they told us we could not cancel our online foundations platform which they force you to buy in order to "view" your lead result that they generate. We told them in September when we cancelled our seo contract that once the 12 month contract is up we want to cancel the foundations contract. We just learned that they continued to charge us in March, April, May and June of 2023. They told us they can not refund this amount because we are required to call it in to customer service and not our sales account manager.
      In the end we wasted thousand of dollars for no seo results and a software that did nothing for us because we cut seo for them. They ended the relationship in a horrible way. Beware and don't listen to anything the sales rep says to you they promise you the world and then go back to the contract and say to bad this is what the contract says. Lesson learned!

      Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. Based on our research of your Hibu marketing concern, we have determined that no adjustment is warranted.

      The Online Foundation Solution was authorized on 03/31/22 with a 12-month minimum contract. The Managed Search was authorized on 04/08/22 with a 6-month minimum contract. The minimum contract terms were included in the voice verifications that authorized the contracts. You were advised on 09/29/22 on your call with Hibu Client Success that you would need to contact Client Success in March 2023 if you wanted to cancel. You were also provided the number to Client Success via email from your Sales Representative on 11/07/22. We apologize that you are not happy with the results of your products. The products worked as they should have.

      Thanks to Freddy help, I was able to get the on line reputation, he is always available to help and explain me step by step every tool that Hibu offers,
      He speaks Spanish and understand the needs of a small business that serve to the Hispanic community.

      This company is a scam. I have been in business since 2001 and just signed up with hibu in may 2023. I signed up with the promise of generating more leads and business. Hibu proceeded to change the phone numbers on several company sites like face book and my website. I got a couple calls from previous customers I had done business with years before I signed on with hibu and hibu took credit of the calls. also, I personally sent out several review links from google and BBB to previous customers and got 28 reviews all of which were jobs I did prior to signing up with hibu. I then got a email from hibu congratulating me that I have 28 hibu generated reviews even though those reviews had nothing to do with hibu and were jobs completed before I signed up with hibu. This company is a complete scam. all they do is take over your company profiles, face book, website etc. change the phone number so that all calls go through their call center then they claim it was them that generated the calls and they take credit for those calls being a hibu generated lead. COMPLETE SCAM BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I started with Hibu in January 2023, and I was hoping to increase my business. I had to get into a 6-month contract. In 15 days remaining to 6 months, I have not received a single call or email lead. The call I received was from somebody searching for something else. I had to ask to provide information on results as to what can be done to achieve desired results. I never was contacted with any result related discussions and or improvements for the account. I hired the marketing company as I didn’t know. I gave complete information and background of my business. I was told they understand the business. When asked for some credit for using the wrong key words that took most of the clicks, I was told that I had gone over them and approved them. If I knew such information, I could have done it myself for a fraction of the cost. When looking at the dash boards, it says thousands of impressions and hundreds of clicks with no results is fishy to me.

      I've got nothing but good things to say about Hibu. Granted, I'm a 1-man business: small, simple, low maintenance...but when I DO need help, they get it DONE. Recently, my site was in desperate need of an update on pricing, info, options after a few years of neglect on my part. And Jesse Holm helped step in for a colleague out on maternity leave to get my questions answered, and get my website to where it needed to be. I didn't expect this level of service, especially from someone that had stepped in for a colleague, but she made it seem effortless, and made me feel that what I was asking for wasn't unreasonable or unattainable. I felt like I was asking a lot with around a dozen updates, pictures, etc...but I don't know? But I can tell you she got it done quickly, and was on point to ask how she could help more. I can not think of another instance of customer service I've received like this in the past few years. Great job!

      This people are a scam! They don’t provide the service they are asked to do! They make you sign a contract that does not correlate with what we asked for! They then sent us multiple emails that they are looking to send you to collections if you don’t pay them after 1 billing cycle! Why the hell should we pay you for a fraudulent service that does not even provide the bare minimum of leads? The 3 reps. I talked to we’re rude! They tend to threaten with cancelation and suspension and collections! Your services are trash! Complete fraudulent and they shouldn’t even be on BBB! This is extremely fraudulent of a company that needs to be abolished from society!

      Do not ever use HIBU. They will not let you cancel after 6 months. If you send a 30 day written notice they tell you that you have to call. Then when you call they say you cannot cancel yet!

      I wish I read these reviews before hiring them!

      You stated that we would not allow you to cancel after 6 months of the contract. The minimum 6 months is determined by billing months. The Display and Search were on statements billed from December 2022 through January 2023 and the Smart Online Present and Assistant products were billed on statements January 2023 through June 2023. Each product was included in 6 statements.

      Total waste of $7500 for 6 months.. cancelled my contract as soon as I was able to. My website had 9000 visitors (majority from paid ads) and less than 200 contact forms were submitted during 6 month period. This company believes they have zero room for improvement and take zero accountability for poor performance.
