We have a 6 month contract and stopped payment on the 6 month due to breach of contract. This company will tell you alot of lies with there sales reps and never follow through with what they promise. Never again will we recommend or use hibu.We are asking for total refund of 20000 dollars when this goes to court plus damages.

When reaching out, you advised that Hibu had promised to get your Google listing connected and that there was a listing issue with Yelp. When notified, we reached out to Yelp and had the issue with the Yelp listing escalated and corrected. The Google listing must be verified by the Google postcard that was sent to the business.
This postcard has been sent several times to your business. This is the process to have a verified Google listing. The process must be followed. We had also previously compensated you $450 for the issue with the listings. In the last 30 days you have had 77.9K impressions, 668 clicks, 597 Website views, and 36 leads There is no additional compensation being offered. My contract date was 1122/22, trying to cancel 6 month plan and they wont allow me to. Saying that it is based off of billing. HIBU drg their feet 3 months implementing Social which I paid for in November, They will NOT accept my request to give notice, wont allow me to end contract on the 6 month anniversary, Wont supply the contract, despite requests. They are using out of date pictures and refuse to update what I suggest as to changing pictures. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!Hibu Inc

Unfortunately, I’m still a client. I need to end that. My website is Taylorfinishing, you can look it up. It’s sponsored by Hibu you can see how unprofessional they are. Every time I’ve called and talk to someone about changes and try to get it to look decent. The person either quits or nothing really gets done. Definitely not done right.Hibu Inc

Took advantage of my small business in my time of need. I do seasonal work and when fall rolled around I was approached by someone from hibu. Assuming they know I only did seasonal, they take me at my weakest point when winter is coming and con me out of a total of 3k ($500 for 6 month contract) I did a a single Facebook post with a giveaway drawing for my business and have gotten more engagement off of that than the 3 months I've been paying them to do nothing. Definitely cannot wait for this contract to expire so I can get back to putting my hard earned money into my business, not a scammers pocket!Hibu Inc

Terrible experience with this company. Charges were always more than i was told. i spent about 7k with this company in a year and haven't had any work to compensate for the expense. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They get your credit card number and charge what they want. Will not offer compensation for anything.Hibu Inc

Hibu is terrible!!! Just like everyone else had said, they lock you into a contract and take your money!!! Promise all of these leads but I haven’t gotten anything remotely close to a lead. Maybe one request for a quote, a week. But every number I have called back, is a non working number. I am a building contractor and tried to tap into some areas I was lacking. Hibu did nothing but rip me off, and when I called to complain, they did nothing but say “o well, you’re in a contract. I have never despised a business or anything like I do them.Hibu Inc

Signed up with Hibu in December 2022, after an "in person" meeting with a sales rep and a video call with their seo expert. THIS IS A SCAM. The expert takes a look at your websites and online social media as if he's searching for errors and room for improvements. Of course he concludes that my company is in dire need of their marketing! Then proceeds to explain the advertising they do on Google and social media. Several times they state how they are Googles certified preferred partner! (remember that last part) the rep then suggested a 3k monthly budget!!!!! she said the amount of leads would be far more rewarding. I agreed to a lesser budget that they still agreed would yield huge results. In less than a month I realized I had been scammed. I requested to cancel everything. they denied. All they did was put my company on a bunch of pages like yelp and others I've never heard of. Now I'm getting several harassment calls from those sites wanting money! Fast forward to March - zero phone calls- zero leads - zero ads on google- and after several complaints from me, I was told that its my website as to why the google ads never happened. The same website their expert and google expert looked at before I signed up! Coincidentally, Hibu can build your website too. Now after thousands of dollars paid and no new business, not even a potential lead- no google ads ---as in the contract---they still insist on not canceling My contract. do not fall for their smoke an mirror sales pitch, this company is a SCAMHibu Inc

PSA do not do business with this company. From start to finish our experience was a nightmare. They offer and promise you the world to get you signed up along with expectations you have a dedicated account manager that reaches out monthly to assist in whatever needs you have. All lies, no help whatsoever, and have been trying to cancel this scam company since January. Every time you call it’s a 30 minutes wait to explain the circumstances to another different person and magically the line disconnects after you continue to refuse their attempts at keeping your business.Hibu Inc

Scam-do not recommend! I was promised a number of things that Hibu would do for my business. Literally nothing they said was true. I pay $300 a month for absolutely nothing. And now I have to fight to get out of my contract. For instance, they contractually agreed to get more reviews for my business. While they did get me a number of 5 star ratings, none of these are available for public review! I am the only one who will ever see these ratings. They also took control of my Google business page and took me off as an administrator. They contractually are responsible for maintaining my business information online, but failed to do that as well - my phone number was changed to some random number and my website link was wrongness and broken. And I had no admin rights to correct the information. When I submitted the correct information Hibu declined my request to fix it. All the while the Hibu dashboard indicated that business info accuracy was close to 100%! Scam, do not use! I can go on with my experiences, but I think this gives adequate details to form an opinion.Hibu Inc
