    My experience with Birch Gold Group has been nothing short of professional and expeditious. Not having much time to spend going through the very minute details of different asset types, it was helpful to discuss the options with a broker on the phone explaining various options. I did not feel pushed or pressured to make any decisions, and the broker made their intentions clear from the outset. The yearly fee to maintain my precious metals account is affordable and fair. If you are unsure of where to start, and don't necessarily want to begin by hiding bullion around the house, Birch Gold Group is definitely a company I would recommend.     Birch gold is a rip off. I invested $10k in a precious metals *** two or three year ago and I am still in the red on my investment. As of today my investment is only worth $9700 Despite the fact that inflation has be rampant. I have also spent almost $700 in storage fees for my metals, which means I am continuing to loose money on my investment. When I asked Birch Gold why my investment has always been worth less than the money I put in, they gave me some story about how the coins have value as collector's items. Gold and Silver are always what the market value says they are. I spoke to another precious metals company and they told me that Birch probably overcharged me for the coins and that is likely why I am still in the red.

    I opened an *** with Birch Gold last year. Gold was starting to move quickly. With a nearly 20% increase in the market I called to see what I was at or what profit level I may have had. The broker I spoke with said, well when we sell it to our wholesaler, you will be about break even. With gold and silver being up since my purchase, I was not excited with those words. It tells me I bought at a premium and will sell on the wholesale market. I guess its my fault for not truly understanding the buy in cost. It is More than 20%. The broker said not to trust the value on my statement and to call for updates. Its really the same either way. I can only say, buyer be ware. I will never invest with this company again. The cost it too high. The broken then stated, you should just hang in there, we see a larger growth coming. I dont see that I have much choice since I have not made a dime in a year.

    I'm not sure this will get posted, but I got burned with the Birch Gold Group. I invested my retirment with this company and now wish I hadn't. Not only did I lose losts of money, I was told over the phone they they do not communicate thru emails which made me question why not. Throughout this journey, I never felt satisfied and like the reviews listed below,, "buyer beware".In June of 2023 is when I purchased the precious metals. In August of 2024 gold prices had started to soar. So how could I possibly have settled for a loss. Unfortunately, I had to take matters in my own hands and reached out to my personal attorney. If this stops only one person from getting burned, then I will get some satisfaction out of that. Do your research and read these reviews then make your own decision.
