    My experience with Birch Gold was exactly what I was hoping it would be.     My experience with Birch Gold Group was terrific, friendly and professional from start to finish. From the first call to ******, through transfer of funds from my 401K with *******, to funds deposit with ****** to final asset selection and allocation with ****, the process was smooth and pleasent. Everyone knew their jobs and answered all my question quickly and with assurance. One thing that I particularly appreciated was at no point did I ever feel rushed or pressured.     I got Gold! I had money sitting in annuities for years and years beyond the surrender date that didnt grow more than 2-3%. What a waste of time and potential! Now Im seeing real growth. I was hesitant at first. The people at Birch Gold explained the process of rolling over annuities clearly and competently. I read thru materials carefully. Once I began the process, the folks at Birch Gold stayed in touch frequently. They set up calls with the annuity companies to allow three way confirmations. Those annuity representatives created hoops and hoops to jump thru. Overall, I feel relieved to have investments with physical value. Thank you to **** and **** for your support and expertise. Thank you to all the folks at ** for your continued communication and concern. I am thrilled with my decision to make the jump into precious metals! I wish I had done it years ago.

    I contacted Birch Gold and that same day was contacted by one of their representatives. I explained I wanted to rollover funds into gold and within a day, was contacted by a specialist who dealt with that type of rollover. The representative explained all investment products available, including the benefits of investing in gold coins vs gold bullion. The representative was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend this professional firm to everyone.
