  After much research we elected to use the Birch Gold Group to diversify our portfolio by adding precious metals.   I was very pleased with the experience I had with the Birch Gold Group. They were very informative and easy to work with. I was not very knowledgeable in purchasing metals and felt they were very honest and helpful in making my purchase. I would recommend them to anyone.

  We heard about Birch Gold Group via an ad on *********** I requested the information kit, which I received from ***********************, our BGG Metals Specialist. He was very helpful in describing the various selections of metals available and assisting us in selecting those we wished to purchase. My only complaint would be the time it took to receive the items, particularly the silver. Overall, we are very pleased with Birch Gold Group.

  Birch Gold Group took the time to get me access to their literature, educate me, talk me through the purchase process, understand my needs,get an account set up, get the transaction made, tell me the possible lead time ( up to 10 weeks, worst case, but only 10 days for me), get it securely delivered, then check back that I had indeed received the product. All of the *** were polite and patient and extremely helpful. Will use them again.

  **************** was good except for the information about pricing. When I received my receipt with pricing, and did research I found that I was over charged by at least 20$ a coin compared to other companies. I should have done more research before but I trusted the company and the high reviews. The pricing for a 2 oz ******** twin leaf I was charged ***** a coin truly not a good deal on Aug. 28th. and with the purchase of 481 coins, I truly feel taken advantage of.

  I should have done a lot more research. They sounded very sincere and honest. I purchased my gold and silver near the end of last year. I never asked what their markups were. I contacted them regarding selling some of my gold and silver and discussed it with them today. I'm down over 20% from about October last year.

Walked me through all the steps. I received my gold via **** Just yesterday. Wow! That was so fast & easy. Dont let fear hold you back. *** wanted to purchase some gold for over a year.
