I would highly recommend this Group to purchase precious metals, from beginning to end these people were very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Delivery of product was great and had tracking also. They sent me E-mails to confirm shipping so I knew when to expect delivery!

  This was the first time purchasing precious metals. Everyone I spoke to was super nice and extremely helpful. Each one answered all the questions I had. The agent who took our order was awesome! He explained everything step by step and was a pleasure. Their ********************* is fantastic! I was notified of delayed shipping due to a weather issue but did get my order as promised by the delivery company. I will be making additional purchases with Birch Gold Group!

  More to the process than what you think. I wanted gold so I went along. This is not a confidential purchase. The government knows you bought gold. However I made the choice. You can knit pick but why bother. They did what they said they would do.

  I heard about Birch Gold while listening to a conservative talk show. I already had an interest in acquiring precious metals. I received the gold info kit by email. I spoke to *********************** and we discussed making a purchase. We talked a few times on the phone about the steps in making a purchase. He said it would take as much as 10 weeks to receive my product. I was on pins and needles until it was delivered. It took only 7 weeks. I was happy and relieved. I may make an acquisition in the future, and it will be most likely from Birch Gold.

  As a novice, I am very appreciative of the counsel received from your precious metals specialist for my first purchase of precious metal. In all my calls with questions, staff was very helpful in providing helpful answers. The shipper's info was on time and fortunately they appeared when I was home! I received info I needed from the enclosed paperwork to be able to figure out what all was in the box. This was very important to me.

  I heard about Birch Gold through *************************** WarRoom. This was my second time purchasing gold. The first company chose for me what to buy, and most of it was in silver. I was so glad to deal with ***** at Birch Gold who went through all the choices in both silver and gold. I was able to buy all gold this time and was very pleased. ***** was very good at determining the amounts of each piece of gold to buy to add up to the total I wanted to spend. He kept in touch throughout the whole process. The only downside, which was not his fault, was that we had to wait a few days for some gold that was out of stock and the price had gone up a little.
