  Ive had nothing but good things happen to me since I called birch gold group Im a senior thats retired so I have taken the money that I had saved and invested in precious metals. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking to get precious metals whether it be gold, silver or other metals, I am planning to get to purchase more precious metals. I first spoke with ***************************** and ******* who was very knowledgeable and also *************************. My sister also has purchased from birch gold group. They explained everything to me from start to finish any questions I had I would call and they would inform me and I would recommend it to other people which I have done so far.

  The idea of converting some of my 401K to gold and silver was daunting. Birch Gold made it so easy. No pressure; just a ton of information. They answered every question and made my purchase informed and stress free. They spent time explaining EVERYTHING in lay persons language. Knowing I am doing what I an to diversify my portfolio in a responsible and educated way is personally reassuring. Thank you, Birch Gold, for helping me accomplish this goal.

  As a middle class blue collar guy I was treading in deep water moving half my savings and retirement into metals. I have lost confidence in the government I have supported and trusted for years, spending is out of control and world confidence in our leadership is waning. The Birch team explained the philosophy of holding metals versus dollars, answered all my questions and never pushed me to make a decision. **** helped me with my latest purchase, it went smoothly and the delivery was prompt and confidential. Probably the best packaging I have seen in a while.I am debating whether to purchase more metals and move from the dollar almost completely.   My knowledge of a precious metals *** ********** was very limited in hopes that Birch Gold Group would provide honest, sound guidance in my **********. This was not the case. Instead, I was sold a product that was substantially overpriced and unnecessary for my **** I was sold both gold and silver proofs and Semi-Numismatic products. At the time of the transaction, I was unaware that proofs and Semi-Numismatics are for collecting rather than investing. Birch Gold Group however informed me that it should be purchased for an **** I would like to make other *** investors aware of this type of predatory selling of proofs and Semi-Numismatics (with much higher ****************** over bullion in a precious metals *** by Birch Gold Group. I have purchased another precious metals *** from another company. This company specifically informed me that proofs should not be purchased for my ***, and sold me ************* bullion only. In addition, the Birch Gold Group *** value was initially inflated substantially that falsely led me to believe that my account gains were substantial. When it was being manipulated to initially show a substantial gain.Here are my numbers taken from my statements and sales invoice of this:Total principle ********** of $224,964.00 Inflated to: $328,706.00, a gain of $103,742.00 Q3 2022 value: $128,442.00 A loss of $224,964.00 - $128,442.00 = ($96,522.00) This loss from my account most likely went to Birch Gold Group and their associated partners as commissions and premiums. Again, my objective is to inform other investors of Birch Gold Group's sales tactics and hopefully prevent other investors from subjecting themselves to such losses that I have experienced. I have since moved my account.

  In February of 2023, I transferred ********** into a precious metals-backed *** through Birch Gold. In that I was totally ignorant of how gold and silver are priced, I trusted the saleswoman completely. My mistake. As of today, 6/13/23, the account I opened is worth just a few dollars over *********. At no time did the saleswoman inform me about their pricing, premiums, commissions, etc. When I contacted her to express my dismay, she told me that that is the value of the account based on the "melt value" of the gold and silver. She also told me that the retail value of the account had already increased to over **********. When I expressed to her that the retail value was irrelevant to me, she agreed and said that I could only receive the wholesale value of the gold and silver--an amount she couldn't quote me at that time and said I would have to call her or another individual later in order to ascertain it. It galls me that I passively allowed her to sell me "limited vintage" coins, the price over spot which I had, and still don't have, any idea of; nor did she ever offer any information regarding such. I've since realized bullion is the best form of precious metals to buy for simple investment purposes. Like I said, my mistake--one over which I will agonize for a long time as I realize that I will most likely never recoup the loss. I suppose the moral of this story is caveat emptor.

  I called Birch Gold to get information on purchasing gold and silver. A really nice person quickly answered the call. I told her that I had $17k and wanted a mix of gold and silver but I couldn't find any information about purchase prices for cash. She said that she would contact sales and have them call me back since she didn't have that information. That was 3 days ago. No one called. I went somewhere else and purchased my gold and silver.************
