  i have never dealt with purchasing precious metals and the experience was very interesting with people who made me feel comfortable, at ease, and respected. The whole process was easy and a good experience. Everyone I had connected with were very helpful.

  If you do business with Birch Gold Group you need to begin with your eyes wide open. Research for yourself which metals you want; do not let them decide for you like I did as a novice. Then, make sure you know exactly what the cost will be; the high fees may surprise you later but then it is too late. Also, they claim they will not provide investment advice. Not true. I had to argue with an employee to just do what I asked. He disagreed with my financial planner and argued with me not to sell when I wanted to sell. I was encouraged to purchase more gold and silver than I should have bought.. I loathe the day I ever called Birch Gold Group. Don't make my mistake.

  I just bought from Birch Gold Group, I didn't see a 40% commission, maybe I counted wrong, but I'm a business owner and a Bi&ch with my money, ask my employees. With this crazy economy these days, my silver investment has gone up 18% since I made my silver purchase. This was an effortless process, I was told my silver would take six weeks to get to me. That I wasn't happy with, it took about 2.5 weeks. I was notified when the coins shipped, so I can see them coming. I'm glad I didn't Bit$h about the Del time. See you soon Birch gold ***

  This was my first time investing in precious metals
  and the customer service department at Birch Gold Group did a wonderful job
  explaining the process and answering my questions. Everything went well, and I
  would like to extract the comments about excessive commissions totally. The
  service department kept in contact with me throughout the process and followed
  up with courtesy call afterwards, to be sure I had received everything
  correctly
