I would like to publicly Thank Birch Gold Group for the outstanding customer service that I recently received while transferring an existing company 401K to a self-directed Gold **** After seeing an advertisement for Birch Gold Group on the ***** ***** Show podcast, I called and talked to two Birch Gold Group staff, ******* ******* and ***** *******, who patiently, professionally, and in great detail helped walk me through each step of the transfer procedure. All of my questions were expertly answered concerning proper paperwork, precious metal selection, and storage. I had a wonderful experience with this company. I first spoke with a man by the name of *** ******** who talked with me about what my interest in precious metals were, what metals i was interested in, what my goals were and if I was rolling over an *** or buying with money. He then transferred me to a specialist by the name of *** ****** who talked with me answered my different questions about different metals. Gave me the pros and cons in buying bullion or fixed mintage items. We spoke about there different options, verified what my order was going to be. They were not pushy at all and didn't really try to steer me one way or another. He just laid out different options.They were patient with me even tho my phone kept sending them to voice mail when they called and we had to play phone tag. The process took about 2 days but that was on me getting the cash wired to them. It was also fast shippingBirch Gold Group

After being laid off from my company, I was looking into where to roll over my 401K. I knew nothing about gold. I heard about Birch Gold on *** and decided to contact them. They sent me an information kit. That was followed up by a call upon which everything was explained to me and all of my questions were answered. I was curious about precious metal ownership but had no education and wasn't sure how to proceed. I recently opened a precious metals *** with Birch Gold. The process was unbelievably SIMPLE.First the reason I chose Birch Gold: I kept hearing ads on *********************** and News Outlets like RSBN, then I looked at the people that endorse Birch Gold, all conservative like minded people. I had a 401K from a previous Employer which I parked in cash several years ago. I contacted *** and within 15 mins between the folks at *** that contacted Principal we had an account opened and Principal closing my account and sending a funds transfer to ****Within a week I was contacted by *** that they received the funds. I worked with **** ******** to purchase Silver Bullion and Select Silver Coins. BTW **** was working with me after normal business hour 6:00 PM PST my time while he was in the Central Time Zone 8:00 PM ON DECEMBER 30th 2024, when most people are done for the year.I have to say in my 63 years on this earth, this was one of the Easiest Transactions I have ever experienced. I had two deliveries of complimentary Silver Eagles delivered to my home and could not sign for Delivery due to a wrist surgery, so I did the best I could with just my initials. *** contacted me a day or so later to make sure that I received my coins and the initials were actually me.
