My ***** credit card is on auto pay. I recently looked at my account to see the balance remaining on my transfer ... and noticed the $41.63 on my activity and indicated it was reoccurring charge. I looked back to see when it started and discovered the first charge was October 29, 2024. OPNLP FUTUR D ... is the origin of the charges every month thereafter ... for a total of $208.15. I do not know what the charge is for ... nor am I receiving any product. There is no contact number. I want my credit card refunded the amount below ... and any future charges stopped. I saw an advertisement on a weight loss product for a specific amount. After I paid them $279.99 ($179 was advertised the $299 refill monthly)for my virtual visit and med they then notified me the amount would be $399 per month going forward. That was never disclosed before I paid. I feel falsely lured into a scam of charges and I've been asking for a refund every since I received the UPDATED monthly amount. I explained I was not comfortable with the way it was presented and that I felt it was false advertisement and wanted a refund. They have written me back ONLY when I initiate an email asking again for a refund. Seriously shady business I believe.March 2nd was when I signed and I asked for a refund same day after I saw the increase in refill cost that was not advertised as that amount! I've written every day since asking about my refund and they say it's "being reviewed" but no resolution in a week..that's more than enough time for a refund to process or at the very least someone to tell me it's been submitted and I'll be receiving it soon! On January 22 2025 I was in process of purchasing diet plan online from company name ******FUTUR D22 317 6th. ***************** ***** is USA and had agreed to purchase their product and proceeded to give them my credit card information and thought the process was complete when they asked me to consent to a doctor interview and at that point I told them I wanted to cancel my order and was left with the impression my order was cancelled until I saw bill on my credit card for$423.72. Ive contacted them several times and keep getting runaround. I have never received any product from them for my $423.72 charge. I notice this morning March 5 2025 that there was a 2 debits from my checking account OPNLP FUTURE D2 DES ***** I do not know how they were able to draft money from my account I did not give anyone permission to draft my account. I noticed they have been drafting 2 drafts a month since November 2024. As of today they have taken $417.00 from my checking account and I want them to return my money. I signed up for FuturHealth online services that offers medical-grade help for weight loss. I never had a provider appointment or received any medication. Getting charged and I don't know what for. I never called them or gave them my credit card number, so I don't know if they picked it up on the DARK WEB or what. When I called the number on the BBB website (the only number I could find), they promptly hung up on me when I asked them about the unknown charges. I am guessing these guys are fraudsters. $129 bucks a charge. Their website is sparse and it's impossible to get a response from them. They make it look just legit enough, like they are some kind of telehealth or medical provider, but I assure you that they are just stealing money from my account. Totally sketchy and I had to cancel the credit card to ensure that they didn't keep charging because it was a recurring charge on my account.Business Response

I'm being charged $129 each month showing as OPNLP* FUTUR D6 for products I have never received. I'm at fault for letting it go this long but I need it to stop. On 9/7/24 I authorized the initial charge for weight loss products. Then they said I need to schedule a phone appointment with their doctor before they can send my products. I stated I wasn't going to set an appointment and to make sure I don't get charged since I wouldn't be receiving anything. It's been ongoing $129 month since September for nothing. They don't care. Just to reiterate, yes I did initially provide the cc # for a 3 month subscription but never had even a single appointment and have never received any products and the charge is ongoing every month since September 2024. Hello - I'm so frustrated. Complaint #******** was recently closed when I received a refund of the monthly charges from the OpenLoop Health, Inc.. Now today, they charged my credit card once again for $129. They can't continue to do this. It's maddening and fraudulent since I've never received any product I was charged for every month since September 7th. Thanks in advance to your help!

While I have received my owed refunds, I hate that a company has no checks & balances. How are they charging people (for 7 months) when I have NEVER received even 1 shipment.
