Open Loop Health continues to put a $299 monthly charge on my credit card for services/goods which I never agreed to. I discussed this with them in February and was told the charges would cease but they fraudulently continue and they offer no explanation over the phone when I called them today. Charges of $299 were again placed on my credit card on 3/10 and 4/7. They need to immediately credit my account $598 and stop any charges in the future.Business Response

Good morning,
Thank you for your patience while I investigated your billing inquiry.
I escalated this matter to our finance team, and they confirmed that as of January 1, 2024, we are no longer partnered with ******** However, you did have a visit with one of our providers, Dr. ******** Your claim was submitted to Aetna, who applied the allowable amount toward your deductible. I've attached an image of the claim for your reference.
Based on this, the remaining balance is your responsibility, and we kindly ask that you proceed with the payment as requested.

I never received the product I paid for. I have contacted this company many times to cancel my subscription as I am no longer interested, and have received no communication whatsoever. I am concerned they will continue billing me without my consent, as this has happened with other customers.Business Response

After reviewing your account, I see that an order was placed on April 12, 2025, and successfully delivered on April 23, 2025. Your cancellation request was received on April 21, 2025after the order had already been processed and sent to the pharmacy.
I sincerely apologize for the delay in delivery and for any lapse in communication on our part. While I understand this may be frustrating, our policy does not allow for refunds on orders that have already been shipped. Once the pharmacy has received the order, our only available option is to issue a replacement in the event of a delivery error or a lost package.
I'm truly sorry were unable to refund this charge, but please dont hesitate to let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with.

I received an unknown charge on 1/10 for $635.00. I never saw the charge until today when I got another for $229.00Business Response

$635.58 on January 9, 2025 This charge was for the 6-month subscription you enrolled in through Futur Health.
$229.00 on April 26, 2025 This was for *********** injections. However, this amount has already been refunded, as your refill intake form submitted on 04/14/2025 indicated a preference for oral ********* instead.
As OpenLoop Health handles only the distribution of medication, any questions or refund requests related to your subscription fee should be directed to Futur Healths billing team at ************, as they manage those transactions directly.

I have 179$ charge on a credit card and I have no idea what its for. Medvi claims to not have a charge for me but clearly one is on my card. I was charged 2 times from openloophealth on March 21 2025. I have no idea what it is or why it charged me. 1 charge of $129.00 and one of $349.00. I can't find any email or corresponding phone number to reach them. I'll continue looking.
