  As a former designer, I considered Flexsteel (at one time) to be a well-made, long lasting product. It was costly, but was a good investment. The leather reclining sofa we purchased in 2018 is a very sub-par product. Within 6 months the dye started to lift - on the center seat which was rarely sat on. The interior padding was flat in various places a year into our purchase. I could go on and on. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Its been a ****** in futility to deal with them and the pitiful service company they pass the buck to. ServeCo is a JOKE. Weve paid for 2 parts and neither fixed our problem. We are out over $200 with nothing to show for it, but hours on the phone (excuse me, on HOLD) and much frustration.

  Purchased a ************** headrests / reclining with 2 straight consoles plus added another recliner to the other end. $8,250.00 later within 2 yrs the dye in the leather is coming out and basically looks like dirt smeared onto the leather. The more you try to clean the worst it gets. Flexsteel claims they have high density cushions in this unit which is untrue. I have had the place of purchase come out and replace the fillers in all the cushions. The center piece of the sectional frame broke while a 140 lb lady was sitting in it. The frame was poorly constructed with dovetails holding the spring system. I guess that part of the sectional is not designed to sit in which is why we bought a sectional in the first place - for more people to sit. Basically, me and my wife are furniture shopping again for better quality furniture and will do our homework before purchasing. We have had Flexsteel sectionals that lasted over 20 yrs and even then, gave them away to our kids for their use. I even remodeled our Motor home with Flexsteel and don't have no issues with quality. I have contacted Flexsteel and basically been told that this is normal wear and tear, and no warranty is warranted. I do not recommend Flexsteel products going forward and see no future in anymore purchases made by me in their products. I know Flexsteel will respond with how they did this and that, but in the end, they sold me garbage that will be buried in the land field.

  I purchased a Flexsteel sofa for over $2000. It has excessive piling after 2 months and the cushions are sinking. It looks like a dumpster sofa. The company refuses to refund or replace it with a different fabric. Horrible customer service. Seriously, shave my sofa. I would have to do every week. Ridiculous!

  I would recommend having the store send photos of the piece to our team. We can take a look and see if something can be done. Piling is a normal characteristic of some fabrics and is not considered a defect.

  The customer should be able to contact the store where they made their purchase for service. If the store is no longer in business, they can contact ServeCo at ************. The customer should note if the furniture is over one year old they will be responsible for the cost of the labor fees for the repair.

  In my personal experience of owning furniture, Flexsteel by far has been the worst furniture I have owned. Within a couple of months of delivery, the cushions began to sink in. I had to call service technician over five times to come out and make a repair which took them eight months to finally come out and attempt to repair it. When Serve Pro came out to repair the loveseat, all the technician did was placed extra cushion under the springs. I will never recommend this product to anyone! Flexsteel does not hold up to their name and they do not honor their warrant.

  The parts needed, or the parts requested were sent to this customer for repair. We did honor the warranty and send parts needed to get this piece repaired.  The store or ServeCo would be in charge of setting up the service call. I do apologize if it took a while to get a service technician out to the customer's home. This would depend on their schedule and if the parts needed were available at the time.

  Im very disappointed in the rocker recliner that I purchased two year ago. Wish I would of looked at the reviews. The chair is not comfortable anymore so I have it padded with a blanket. It started making clunking sound when rocking. A small round disc looking piece was on the carpet underneath chair with little ball bearings and some grease. They didnt have a clue where it had fell off. Now more sounds/ little shavings of something under chair where I guess its grinding. And I paid $1500 for this.

  We are extremely impressed with the high quality of our FlexSteel sofas. We have had two of them for 20 years and they are like new even after raising four boys and having numerous family gatherings. We just purchased two new sofas since we were so pleased how well they have held up. The cushions are still very firm and the fabric is in excellent condition. Thank you Flexsteel for making such an outstanding product!

  I purchased a living room reclining sofa and recliner chair in September 2022. So far we have had to replace 2 motors on the chair (warranty) and the chair will not quit squeaking. The sofa lost all its support in the seat pan. We lean to one side due to the bands. We have greased the chair twice in the last 3 months and today it started squeaking again! I will never ever, ever purchase or recommend this furniture to anyone. I have been purchasing furniture for myself for over 40 years. Cheap and expensive and this is the worst I have ever purchased.

  Took delivery of a 2piece sectional sofa in late August 2022. Let me first say that I purchased a Flexsteel sofa in **** that is in excellent condition. My current purchase is a huge disappointment . The quality of the fabric is awful. It is pilling and showing wear after a year.The stuffing in the back pillows is low quality. I have added some more support on the two corner back pillows and it still looks like a sofa from a second hand store. I reached out to the company thru their website and did not receive a response. I am retired and dont spend 5K lightly. My retailer responded to my complaint regarding squeaking in the springs when seating yourself. A rep came to my home to repair the issue. He suggested that I purchase fabric ****** to remove the pilling on the fabric. Totally dissatisfied with this sofa. Not worth a one star rating.

  I bought a Flexsteel reclining black leather sofa 2 years and 2 months ago. The finish on the leather started fading within approximately 9 months after the purchase date. The retailer sent a rep out twice to spray paint the spots that were faded prior the the retailer's one year warranty expiration. The finish has since faded to the point where I can no longer tolerate the large discolored areas. I would like some restitution or if that is excluded by your restrictive guarantee I will reluctantly accept some constructive advice regarding a method to correct this problem.
