  I would avoid this place at all cost!!! The management seems to lack long-term vision. Instead of prioritizing customer loyalty for sustained business growth, they are trying to **** every drop of blood from current customers. Most of their items are over priced. In my case, the item was about 20% costlier than at competing stores, and they declined to match the price. When requested for a refund, they offered a gift card instead of refunding my credit card, even though my order was placed just a few days before.

  Battlehawk Armorys customer service is to tell you that any issues on their website are your problem. They will do nothing to help correct their website errors. They simply tell you to quit talking to them, or they quit responding to you.

  Parts I wanted, in stock, at one of the best prices since the rona. Ordered at 1 on Tuesday and was on my doorstep Friday. Can't get much better than that!

  Customer (lack of) Service is atrocious. Item delivered was different than the product advertised and sold. The BattleHawk Armory (BHA) representative refused to assist. Instead, giving direction to contact the original manufacturer, even though the product was shipped direct from BHA **************** address. After the manufacturer directed me back BHA, the representative declined to assist with a solution and subsequently refused to provide steps for a return for a refund. **************** correspondence is all accomplished through a BHA portal with an e-mail response (a customer service hone number is not available). Therefore, documentation of the above is available for verification.

  Battlehawk armory has some good deals form time to time, but ZERO customer service. They sent me a used scope, that was broken, and then told me to take it up with the manufacturer. Once I told them it was blatantly used and they misrepresented the item, they offered minimal help, but I have already had to send it back to the manufacturer, Sig, who was happy to do the right thing. But I should not have to send a supposed brand new item back to the manufacturer right when I receive it. To be fair, two stars for the deals the sometimes have, zero stars for customer service. If you buy here, better hope it come right the first time, as you will get ZERO HELP from these people in my experience.

  I have bought ammo and magazines from them. Some of the best pricing I have found. Shipping was fast enough. I will definitely use them to purchase other items in the future!
