    In MY experiences with ALL of my purchases made with BATTLEHAWK ARMORY, I can happily say have been nothing but PROFESSIONAL, ATTENTIVE and RELIABLE.
    Packages have ALWAYS been wrapped exceptionally well with great care directed at the product being shipped. I HIGHLY recommend BATTLEHAWK ARMORY for outstanding prices and will obviously return for my 2nd Amendment needs. YOU will NOT be disappointed!

    The Company is one of the best customer service and user friendly. If an issue may happened to come up with your order. I didn't have any. I emailed about a question quick response and help when needed. I will shop again soon

    Have been a customer since 8/29/2021 and have placed 11 orders with them ranging from ammo,magazines and firearms. Haven't had a single issue, orders ship pretty quickly and they tend to have the best (or very close to) prices as well. I will be ordering a lot more from them in the future I'm sure.

    Horrible customer service.. I've e-mailed them multiple times and have not heard back from them to correct a billing issue after multiple weeks.

    I ordered ammo and a shotgun they have both in stock, 15 days ago. The ammo shipped and arrived within 1 week, but the shotgun has not even shipped. They are outside the the 7 to 10 days for shipping. I've tried to call and email, to get some kind of response. They just sent an email stating the same shipping info. I called several times, it took 5 times before someone would pick up. when they finally answered, they couldn't find shipping info or know when it will ship. They said they will call the warehouse, and i will get a response by email. It would be nice to get some kind of update or an email stating that it has been delayed due to whatever. I gave them 2 stars only because the ammo shipped quickly.

    Once I figured out protocol as for as an FFL dealer to link to my order the process was completed and I received my order in 2 or 3 business days
